Location is perfect. So convenient to Glasgow Central Station. The staff were wonderful and approachable and professional. Clean and very convenient hotel. The price is right also. I did not use the gym or Vega restaurant or bowling, which are nice to have for the more energetic travelers, unlike me. I felt safe and slept like a baby every night. Location is everything!

My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Highlands apartment and loved it. The apartment was a little tricky to find as there are many fire doors to go through but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We booked an executive, one bedroom at the beginning of June. The location was so amazing, walkable to everywhere, including train station. Our room had a castle view and river view from the balcony. There is not AC but two portable fans available. Beds were firm, but still comfy. Robes and slippers are available for lounging around. On the ground floor and right next door is a fun bar called Gellions. Live music is played every night but does not end until 3 or 4 am. So if you tend to go to bed early, the noise may keep you from restful sleep. I would highly recommend this place and would also consider staying here again if ever I were in Inverness.

The place was clean and tidy. It was extremely close to the train station and groceries.

Friendly and helpful staff and modern rooms.

Overall great place. Central location made it easy to get around.
