Great little hotel! Would have given it five stars but there was building work going on inside and out and the fire alarm was triggered at one point. Would definitely stay here again though!

The property was under renovation, on the first morning there was no hot water for a shower and when we got there, there was no where to hang clothes it was a very small room, but it was comfortable.

Hotel attualmente in ristrutturazione nella parte al piano terra. La nostra camera era rifatta da poco e abbastanza carina. Letto decisamente piccolo per due persone, hotel comunque in ottima posizione e ok per una sosta di due/tre notti al massimo

When staying in London you get what you pay for. You can’t expect a 5* experience in a 1* hotel. This hotel is VERY much on the cheap end of hotel accommodation. In rating it therefore, the positives were location (the hotel is very close to St Pancras tube). The bed was VERY comfortable. The sheets were delightfully crisp and clean and the towels were white and fresh. The bathroom was small but very nice ( it looked fairly new) and the shower in particular was very powerful. There was a good sized TV and plentiful tea and coffee. For me, the negatives were the condition of the reception and the decor of the communal areas. It all looked really untidy and in desperate need of redecor. As such, I was slightly perplexed when I first checked in. Nevertheless, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel has probably spent available resources where it most matters - the room itself.

Management of this hotel were inflexible and uncooperative in addressing customer concerns, costing me more than 300 Euro out of pocket. I strongly suggest you find a more reasonable property to deal with, or risk similar treatment.

Note that it is a very very small room. Also no A/C. Good if you’re just looking for a place to crash for the night. But would not stay there for more than one night.

Good base to explore the city
Stress free check in. Rooms are definitely smaller than they look in the pics. The room itself was one of the cleanest I’ve seen. However if you’re looking for a base for a short stay in the city close to most transport links & bars/restaurants. Can’t go wrong. Some building work going on around the hotel but obviously can’t be helped. Overall I would definitely stay again when back in London 🙂

Wij verbleven 4 dagen in november in dit hotel, een mooi, schoon, net hotel kamertje. De kamer is niet ruim maar dat is prima voor een paar dagen. Het allerfijnste aan deze locatie is dat het metro en trein station “kings cross” op maar 3 minuten loop afstand is en alles te bereiken hierdoor is. Ook zijn supermarkten, fast food restaurant , normale restaurant, koffie tentjes allemaal binnen 3 minuten loop afstand. Ook wordt er elke dag je bed verschoond en krijg je schone handdoeken elke dag. Het enigste min puntje is dat het hotel een beetje gehorig is maar heb daardoor prima geslapen, mocht je een lichte slaper zijn, neem dan voor de zekerheid oordopjes mee. Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf!

Bien situé, propre, super pour les petits séjours
Le mobilier de l'hôtel est neuf. Il y a toujours du monde à l'accueil pour répondre à nos attentes. Les escaliers ne sont pas larges. La chambre est petite mais bien agencée. Le personnel est sympathique et le nettoyage efficace. L'hôtel est super bien situé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les petits séjours.

Ok for a night.
Ok for a night near King’s Cross St Pancras which is easy to access within a few minutes walk. Payment was taken in advance even though I’d selected pay at property which was annoying as I wanted to use a different card, but stay was ok. Bed reasonable and shower ok. A little noisy, but not so bad with earplugs.

Lovely hotel
Lovely, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel right next to kings cross. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and a decent size room.

Staircase could do with a bit of attention but the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Left my suitcase with them both days with no issues. Kings cross is a 2 minute walk so very convenient. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Ideal for Short Stays
Pros: The staff at the hotel were helpful. The location is conveniently just a few minutes' walk from King's Cross station, making it easily accessible. Cons: However, there are a couple of drawbacks to consider. Firstly, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the room itself was quite small, so it might not be ideal for those who have a lot of luggages. Additionally, we encountered occasional issues with the door lock in our room. There were instances where we couldn't open the door from the outside, and we noticed similar problems in other rooms as well. This is something that the hotel should address promptly to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests.

Hotel is overall clean and tidy but even with a renovation still looks a bit tired.Room in general was nice and updated, pillows were really hard but other than those minor things it was fine for just one night
