Fantastic stay. Clean, spacious room for myself, husband and 3 dogs. Brilliant Covid precautions. Air conditioning and Sky in the room, comfy bed. Very helpful staff.

The best thing about this hotel is that the parking is free. You are free to leave your car and travel London via the underground. The nearest tube station is about 15 min walk. The hotel is basic but I went during the COVID 19 crisis therefore giving everything the benefit of doubt

Good location to visit Alexandra Palace (15/20 min drive) has a free shuttle service to nearest tube. Has parking too which is rare (not loads of spaces but we got one).

My brother and I stayed here for a week! The friendly was very nice & accommodating. Check in wasnt until 2 pm and we arrived there at 12pm after a 7 hour flight and 1 hour and 15 minuted tube/bus commute from heathrow airport, & they let us go into our room. When we checkedout, they also stored our bags for us. I have nothing bad to say about the property. If you are vacationing in London, just be aware that the hotel is a bit far from the touristy things, but luckily the public transportation is all close bye. The 113 toward Oxford Circus is located in from of the hotel & is easy to take to tourist spots like Camden Market. The 260 is around the corner that takes you to Golders Green station (where the tubes) are location. So I’m the hotel was located near public transportation. Overall, very nice staff and clean hotel. We loved coming home after a long day of walking to a clean room and nicely made beds.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the room was nice. The Executive double was smaller than I realised. The breakfast was amazing and delivered to the room! The service has some room for improvement as I mentioned there was only 1 bathrobe, but a second was not delivered. The shower was a bit tired as the holder didn’t work any longer. The mini fridge didn’t get replenished and neither did the toiletries for the 2nd night. Road noise is a nuisance! Overall a pleasant stay.

On booking no indication that there was an all night party going on. At check in no mention. We were accommodated directly above where the party took place. Very very loud and bass shaking and rattling the room and surrounds. The music and noise went on to after 3.00am. I am not sure that I will be using a model that I pay upfront In future as I wasn’t able to check out. To add insult to injury I was asked at the reception if I had a good stay!!!

Decent standard hotel...clean and safe. The location is convenient enough because it's near the bus station. It gives the authentic sense of "being local", because it's about 6 to 10 miles (16km) away from the city center, and not near any restaurants/attractions.

Very good overall, but not the best location
Very well run, very nice rooms, felt updated. Although it was on a good bus line, it was a little far away to be a good tourist hotel for London. The location (which I could have researched better, admittedly), was the only drawback for me. Would have preferred much closer to an Underground stop.

The room was very nice. Small and very cosy. However, the room wasn’t as clean for a four star hotel. There was hair all around the room & bathroom. Also the bathroom facilities weren’t working properly and was rusty. The water wasn’t warm enough

The hotel is well presented and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the executive suite and the king bed was so comfy! There was a rainfall shower and a heated bathroom mirror. It's the little touches that make it extra special. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again! P.s. the breakfast was amazing!!

I had a wonderful stay. It became home. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Front desk made sure i was happy with my room at check in and took me up to see it first. The rooms are cleaned daily. The toiletries need a bit of upgrading though. The only thing i didn't like was a strong smell throughout and i was not sure if maybe it was the carpeting. There is no food nearby but they facilitate a discount on delivery from deliveroo. The breakfast was the same selection every say so after 2 two weeks it became monotonous. Transportation is extremely easy. You can get a bus on Hendon Way or on Cricklewood. Very convenient in that respect. If i had cause to be in London near there again I would definitely return.

Hellish Hotel! Do Not Stay Here! The room smelled of damp, and sewage! It was so bad, I was convinced a sewage outlet, was right outside my window or wall. Also, the advertised amenities are not present! The fridge in the room did not work, and its shelves weren't even assembled. The room was also filthy and unclean. There were used drink containers littered behind the fridge! The thrash from the prior occupant was still in the bins! This is NOT a true hotel 4 star hotel! It would struggle to be a worthwhile 2 Star hotel!

Noisy at night in the bar area and when they had an event on. People banging on floor upstairs above the bedroom. TV was quite slow to turn on. Good that there was a lot of sky channels available. No water in room, forced to buy a bottle for £3.90 which was overpriced. Should provide free bottles of water in room. Staff were friendly and helped but when I asked for a toothbrush I had to collect it from the reception myself rather than someone bringing it to the room. Same thing with the food that I ordered, had to collect myself.

Otherwise a very good hotel
Our stay at this hotel was very good, we have used it 3 times now and will likely use ot again, one complaint was the matress, it was possibly the most uncomfortable matress i have ever slept on, (i have a bad back and this led to it being very much worse by the time we left) which is a shame as this is the first time i have had a complaint of any sort in this hotel i did mention this at reception, and hope they rectify this in an otherwise very good hotel.....

I rate this hotel very highly indeed, the staff especially - without axception they were cheerful, friendly and helpful, and each member I encountered spoke good English. The room (2nd floor rear, pleasantly overlooking local back gardens) was clean, tidy and individually air conditioned; twin beds comfortable with duvets. The bathroom was quite petite, however it did boast a large and efficient walk-in shower cubicle, and once again was spotless. The dining room was pleasant; the buffet breakfast, hot and plentiful, was everything we could wish for; all the usual cereals, fruit juices etc. This hotel, for us, had two big advantages - free parking at the front and secure rear, and is on the 113 direct bus route to Oxford Circus. A very short walk to the bus stop, and only £1.50 card payment for 35 minute ride to theatreland - perfect, park the car and forget it. There is a good bar and lounge next to reception; daily newspapers provided, and drinks prices very reasonable. We shall stay here again for our theatre trips; thank you, Palm Hotel!
