Currently undergoing a revamp and was lucky enough to stay in one the newly refurbished rooms which was lovely. Really wish I’d asked for the names of the 2 young ladies on reception as they are amazing delivering excellent customer service during our stay. My 3rd stay at this hotel and hopefully won’t be too long until my 4th.

Good place to stay in London and a good experience with the staff. Had a problem with the shower and it took a few days to sort it out which is the only reason I did not rate them a 5. We would stay here again.

This was a very convenient property in a lovely area with a very helpful and kind staff. Requests were always dealt with within minutes and upon check in the room seemed clean. The main issue was with housekeeping. They don’t come unless requested and even when full service was requested they came and picked up dirty towels off the floor and hung them back up without changing them, all garbage was left after full service house keeping and the dish wares were not washed despite there being no dishwashing liquid in the room. The biggest issue I have is my daughter is now being treated for a rash that we suspect to be from the pull out bed. This is a real shame because the hotel itself was otherwise really good and seems to be newly renovated. Please look at housekeeping practices and improve on this a bit and it will be 5 star

We had a sink drain that did not drain, the stopper was broken. The pull out mattress in chair/bed was old. I saw updates were coming. I would very much look forward to the updates. The staff did not inform us of lounge with snacks/drinks in there and that would have been nice. I found it on last day.

For the price it was fine, the bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom was clean, check in on the tablet was rapid. On the downside, the carpets and walls need deep cleaning and painting, the smell of industrial cleaner in the corridors wasnt nice and the air con didn't work so they gave me a radiator. So.... ok.

We felt safe and comfortable during our stay at CQ St.Paul’s. It is a well positioned and comfortable hotel with kind, helpful and friendly staff. We had our best sleep in a hotel, the beds are comfortable, the linen is fresh and the pillows are perfect. The rooms are spacious, with good sized, clean bathrooms.

Great place to stay
Great location for a reasonably priced hotel room. Looks like it’s had a recent makeover as well which is good. Self-service check-in is a pretty seamless process and there are people on hand if you get stuck

Pros: Room Comfort: The bed and pillows are comfortable, the room is spacious, good ventilation, and sufficient lighting. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Convenience of transportation: 5 minutes to the station. Additional services: Free coffee and water in the lobby, free self-service washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent provided. However, there is only one self-service washing machine and dryer available. Luggage storage is available. Cons: Room soundproofing: Very poor soundproofing, there is a nearby church with loud bells. Room temperature: The room is relatively hot, there is no air conditioning.

There is no window and need more cleaning. The breakfast is plain and cold The only thing is good about this hotel is convenient and walkable distance to everything I have been traveling around the world but never seen something like this.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Rooms were clean. The area was good, some places were walkable but we mostly relied on public transportation, which was very easy to navigate. Would recommend!

The Hotel is very outdated, the furniture is very old. The bathroom needs a good clean, the shower in particular. The mattress was terrible to sleep on, no actual support, the pillow covers are way too small for the pillows, definitely needs change. The towels are paper thin and need to be changed. Only one hand towel give for a double room , not sure how that works. The carpet needs to be changed so do the curtains. This hotel is advertised as a 4 starts, unfortunately i would not give it even 2 starts ! Dirty, outdated carpet but no slippers provided ? or bathrobes for a 4 stars hotel in center London ? Self checking and checkout provided, really didn't see the point in upgrading to such a system when the hotel does not get the basics right. Very disappointing stay and never again.

This is a very nice hotel for both tourists and business travels alike. The rooms are reasonably sized and very comfortable. The property provides refillable water bottles and filtered water on every floor, which is a nice feature when traveling so you can stay hydrated and not buy a ton of water bottles to carry around while sightseeing. The main floor lounge offers a nice selection of coffees and teas, a business work area with a printer and USB ports. T

The most terrible nights stay in a hotel in years!at 2am water tank near my room 444 filled with a screaming sound and it promptly did it at 4am. The air-conditioning takes 10 minutes to switch off and is really noisy

Nice hotel and in general the staff were good, just breakfast a bit slow. Not the hotels fault but i wish i knew beforehand that yiu can hear St Pauls bells chiming 4x an hour

Window left open and the noise from traffic bad. Asked for reception to close it as key needed but it wasn’t done. Toilet made noise all the time and someone in hotel was smoking weed as it was coming thro air vents. We were in room 517. Wouldn’t go back

Great location.
Great location, room was basic but a good size and functional. Desk in the room was huge, would have been good if it was a business trip. Liked the automated check in procedure. Staff were very cheerful, happy and helpful. Would have been nice if there was a bar.
