the overwhelming problem for this hotel, which was inviting in other regards, is the quality of the bedding. the polyester filled blankets are old and lumpy, the pillows were uncomfortable. because of this, the temperature in the room felt impossible to regulate. The room was otherwise attractive and the staff pleasant, but the blankets, pillows and the old sunken mattresses just made it impossible to get some sleep. in every other area this Marriott hotel was fine. the breakfast bar was pleasant and the barista makes a very nice cappuccino. the door staff were all accommodating and pleasant. Marriott simply needs to invest in new and higher quality bedding.

A happening, busy hotel lobby, but rooms were quiet. Close to the tube, but in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was ok. Convenient. Food a bit salty.
Not the best location for a first visit to London since it’s far from many tourist spots. Still, a nice hotel.
We didn’t expect the Savoy Hotel but we did expect cleanliness. In the ice bucket was a long black hair and dust stuck to your fingers when touching it. Under the bed was food wrappers and crumbs. Breakfast was good although pancakes were not fresh. Good supply of towels in the room.

Room size is good but very dated, noisy air condition, missing bathroom accessories. Great location - Short walking distance from swiss cottage station. Nice pool. Good for families.
Pros - staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and classy on the inside. Area was quiet and tube was an easy walk to get to.
Cons - Food was meh at best, especially for the price. Parking area had police posters saying all vehicles were at risk of theft, yet still ran £40 a day.
Well-appointed, modern, bustling lobby and common areas. A rank of London cabs at the ready out-front. Walking distance to Regents Park, the Swiss Cottage Tube stop. A well-equipped spa, indoor pool, and gym . Northwest London, relatively convenient side of London to get to and from Heathrow, not so convenient to Gatwick
Everything about this place was amazing apart from the chicken burger we were served was cold and pink! We complained straight away and were given another and a complimentary desert. Lovely staff, very helpful! However the price of parking here is ridiculous so if you can don’t drive/ park here!!
The hotel is in a great location near the tube. Shops nearby. Buffet breakfast very good.
We booked a delux double room for two adults and two kids and it is not a family room it’s a double room so next time would choose a different room. Housekeeping only came at 5pm which was inconvenient although they a came earlier the day before. Would stay here again.
TVs need updating to smart TVs,
The lift doors could do with some WD40 they were very slow and stiff.
Othwr then that the stay was perfect and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great and the restaurant served a decent steak
The hotel accommodations were very good and clean. The room was spacious and we were overall very pleased with our experience. However, on our last night there, there was a party of sorts happening at the hotel and the music was so loud that it made it very difficult for us to fall asleep, specially our daughter. When we called the reception around 11pm to complain about the noise we were given a "oh well" type of response and told the party would be done at 1am.

Everything looks lovely from the outside of the hotel. We picked it for the location, close to a hospital a relative was in so this was a very last minute booking. Lobby was immaculate but once we got the the room the carpet was quite stained and the pillows were horrendous. Didn’t sleep more than a few hours. We’d booked two nights but actually didn’t stay the second night because of the lack of sleep we got on the first night.
