Nice hotel with short walk to the Tube

Hotel was in a great location. Short walk from Earl's Court station which provided us easy access to everything on the Piccadilly and the District Line. Staff was very friendly. Hotel rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

great location on quiet street

Pros: the kitchenette
the hotel is very close to museums, Hyde park and Albert Hall. The kitchenette in the room is a real plus and we used it daily. there is a Waitrose and Tesco express (markets) a couple blocks away to buy groceries. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful.

First time in London

Posted Jun 25, 2014
The Hotel was close to the train station, our room was very quiet and very comfortable. Having the kitchenette was extremely handy to have, as was the access to the local Marks & Spencer where we could shop. We also appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast offered to us one morning.

lovely hotel in a great area of London

Posted Apr 13, 2014
This is my second stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, well-maintained and a great location- a 5 minute walk to the Earl's Court tube station. The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants and shops. The staff went out of their way to be very helpful and each staff member I met remembered my name and even room number. This aspect made my experience very personal and memorable. My double room had small kitchenette facilities- a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the room, while smaller than US hotel rooms generally are, was large enough for my needs. I will always stay here every time I come to London, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Extremely friendly, classy hotel, safe area.

I booked a trip for my parents after having stayed at The Nadler both on business and with my son on a short break. My folks aren't very experienced travellers and I knew the lovely area and attentive staff would be perfect for them. I was right! I let the staff know my Dad had just turned 70 and they kindly left some lovely cupcakes in an upgraded room - I was just as chuffed as them! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very good location, the room was well-appointed and decent size for a single room. Bathroom also a good size with great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. The mini-kitchenette a welcome addition.

Disappointing Hotel and very uncomfortable.

Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Very clean and good location, close to the Underground.
Cons: They need to control the rooms temperature, in general to cold.
Location: Close to Earl's Court underground. A lot of very nice pubs and small restaurants for breakfast or lunch.
The staff of the Hotel told us , they no longer works with Expedia. The room was not ready until 3. 00 o'clock. At that time we had to paid for an upgrade. Finally we got a very tiny room for two people, with a small window and a very lousy little bathroom. The next day we were moved supposedly to our upgrade room, which was better.

Very central and comfortable hotel

We had stayed at this hotel on a few other occasions - we were again happy with the room (although a room on a higher level would have been preferable), the front of hotel service and the cleanliness - a good centrally positioned hotel
