Lovely boutique hotel
Lovely little boutique hotel in a good location. Not cheap but definitely felt quite special - so worth it for a special occasion. Service was great and would recommend a cocktail or two in the bar.

Great one night. Easy walk to an event in St Paul’s. Really quirky and interesting hotel. Dickensian lighting would annoy my wife.

Quirky hotel but not a great stay
Second time I stayed and second time they charged me twice. No hot water as the boiler had packed up was not great but in fairness a one off. The breakfast can only be described as poor and limited for the money they charge.

OK but disappointing service. To save money, room cleaning is ‘on demand’. So if you’re staying more than one night make sure you pack your own shower gel and shampoo unless you want to call reception to ask for more every day. Breakfast service was confusing and not friendly. It could easily be much better if they put some thought into the customer experience and adopted a customer centric attitude.

Loved The Townhouse. Our room was cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. The bath was so large and brilliant for a soak after a day’s sightseeing. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast which arrived cold! We were given it for free when we informed the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was so uniquely decorated, which I loved. The area was really nice - away from the hustle and bustle, but a quick walk to the tube to get to the city center. I really enjoyed my stay here, and the live music they do twice a week.

Nice little hotel.
A nice little hotel for a short stay. I think they were understaffed at the time of arrival as I waited around for 10mins at reception before anyone turned up. If your room is at the front of the building, it can be loud.

What a gem

Lovely stay at the Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell
We had a lovely time here. The space was cute and quirky, the restaurant was cozy and delicious and all of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Its in a quiet location - out of the city center but walkable to the Tate Museum an other interesting things.
