Elevators not working and for some reason they cannot get anyone to come in for 4 days or so. That’s ridiculous. When you have knee issues and you need to have a working elevator in your hotel I don’t think is too much to ask.

The front desk staff was not friendly. The continental breakfast was too limited. Housekeeping was fair. The heater part was coming apart

It’s my second stay at this hotel. One thing that spoiled my stay was the breakfast. I went down to breakfast area at 9:20 and there was no hot meal. My husband asked the service lady about eggs and the answer he got was: finished. Just one word. No “sorry”, no any explanation. He went to reception desk then and again no apology but : we are out of stock we will have eggs the tomorrow.
The problem was not absence of eggs but the way it was addressed. Sorry, but not coming back.

Our room reeked of urine and on the floor was evidence of the unit not being cleaned before my wife and I accessed the room. We alerted staff and we were given an excuse of it being a let room, unable for the urine scent to removed, and was handed a can of Lysol. We called Expedia and they handled the situation in the lower level manner that has recently handled poor service handlings by their hotel partners. Again, our last 4 ventures with Expedia have been below the standard they once had. We have 2 more bookings with Expedia and have decided to not utilize the service any longer. We are sorry to live but the Expedia we once enjoyed in turning to establish our travel accommodations is not the same and seems to be long gone.

I could smell the pee on the rug before I even opened the door to the room! I’ve stayed at mini dog hotels and this was the absolute worst! I couldn’t even stay. I had to leave!! The smell was so horrendous!!!

Amanda at checkin was great! Then a white haired man corrected where my husband returned the luggage cart( exactly where he got it) and had him move it. He followed him and made sure it was correct and then continued to follow him as he left the lobby. Creepy and rude. The cleaning staff is great too..but the sofa is grossly stained. It seems clean but worn and quite stained. At bedtime the neighbors were watching tv which we could hear thru the wall…turned it off pretty early so ok but these must thin walls. Ear plugs and eye masks …problem solved. But I like the place and I’d come back. Do thank you!

Door to room was badly warped at the top. Hard to close. Door did not look secure when totally closed. Felt unsafe. Curtains did not close properly to provide a total room darkening experience. At 2:30 a.m. an exterior alarm woke me. It range for approximately 10 minutes.

It was very close to a medical facility where I had a procedure. I could recover at this hotel which was clean and quiet. Plus had a great ice machine which was greatly needed in my healing.

I'll always use LaQuinta. My only gripe is they do not clean rooms or supply extra toilet tissue until after complete stay unless requested(I was there for an entire week). Why dont they have some type of meat with their breakfast?
