Basically what you would expect. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. The shower was kind of a mist, but ok. I wish I brought my own towels because theirs were very harsh. Besides that, all good.

Comfortable room, Close to Nassau ColloseumPosted Nov 25, 2014
We were in town for one night to see a hockey game. This hotel is a short drive from the Colloseum. It doesn't have a restaurant, but there are a few dining options within close driving distance. The staff were very helpful with suggesting places for dinner. The room was large (1 king bed) and very comfortable. The computer system was down when we arrived so we couldn't check in until later. They took our name, and check-in was quick when we came back after the game. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great ExperiencePosted Nov 23, 2014
Cons: The tissues and toilet paper in the room irritated me. Very rough in all the wrong places.
Location: Roosevelt Field Mall.
This hotel is in a great location. It is right off of the Southern State Parkway. Roosevelt Field Mall is behind the hotel. There is a great deli right next door and an excellent Italian restaurant, Puglia's, just down the road. There is free breakfast everyday in the lobby. I would stay here again.

Worst night in a hotelPosted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was totally surprised On arriving the desk clerk informed me that the phones were not working so I could not call the front.2. I had asked for a microwave in advance there was none in the room. Because the phones were not working- I went down to the front desk and told the clerk there was none in my room. She promised to send up one. It never Happen .no coffee filter in the room For $150.00 I think it sucks I would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORST I was informed that the hotel charged me only $126.00 THE DIFFERENCE CAME FORM HOTEL.COM .

Old roomPosted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Location: Beware--lack of sidewalk and crosswalk in nearby areas. Hofstra University is nearby, as well as a mall, but both are uncomfortable without crosswalks
Although the lobby was really nice-looking, and the hotel provided an adequate complimentary breakfast service, my room looked old. There were mysterious ceiling stains in my room, and everything inside the room looked old and of questionable cleanliness. I was provided a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room. Although there seemed to be an air-purifier in the room, the smoke smell was impossible to escape. There was no refrigerator in my room.

clean and convenientPosted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
We arrived at 930pm and had to wait while housekeeping finished cleaning the room. Air conditioning and fan were very loud! !
