we stayed at this hotel on a visit to Hofstra University, and it was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our visit.

We were very pleased with the room and other services available at La Quinta. It was just an overnight stay, but we will definitely consider going back.

I was incredibly impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. A shuttle could be scheduled on the half hour to pick up and drop off within about three miles. I did not use a taxi service except for airport transportation. The front desk staff was very helpful and eager to make suggestions for dining and entertainment. The shuttle drivers were pleasant, prompt, and reliable, also providing excellent dining recommendations. In addition, complimentary breakfast was available each morning, plus complimentary buffet style lunches and dinners both nights of my stay.

Upon arriving at the Hotel I was greeted with smiling staff that were waiting to assist me. My room was neat and clean as was the rest of the Hotel. I was able to take the Hotel shuttle to dinner and the driver was very friendly, professional and informative. The hotel staff assisted me in getting a taxi on time at the hotel for my flight out of JFK on a very snowy day. Kudos to the staff at LaQuinta - I would definately recommend the hotel to my coworkers and I would stay at LaQuinta should my business travels lead me in that direction.

“Wonderful Hotel!”

This is a great place to stay in Long Island! It has easy access to freeways, is not far from La Guardia and we felt safe. Our room was comfortable, clean, and everything looked very new (as did the rest of the hotel). The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. There are some reasonably good places to eat nearby too. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

“Impressed”

I was a guest for only one overnight period. I found the front desk personnel friendly, and extremely willing to assist with information and other help. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I would find it easy to recommend this hotel to others, and am planning to make reservations there for my next business trip to that area later in the year.

“Great Location, Great service”

Very clean. The staff was very helpful with all of my needs. Wingate Inn was also in a great location. You are very close to excellent restaraunts and malls as well as major roadways.

“Accomdating hotel. Near many points of interest”

A family emergency brought me here. The hotel was accomodating. Had a computer and printer for guest use. I had to extend my stay several times, so the laundry facilities came in handy. Good parking. Close to stores. Next time I come to visit I will chose this hotel rather than the others nearby.

Our stay was VERY nice. Love the jacuzzi and the fact that we had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room
