While Candlewood Suites LONGVIEW boasts a good location and friendly staff, the uncomfortable bed and disruptive refrigerator noise significantly impacted my enjoyment of the stay.

They did a free upgrade without asking. Normally good; however, i was traveling with my daughter. I had booked two queens but hmthe upgrade was 1 king. Once checkedin, they had sold out of double queens.

My son broke down outside of Shreveport on his way back to college. We were able to get him towed into Longview and booked a prepaid room for him at this hotel. Upon his arrival they wouldn't let him check in because he's 20 and not 21. The room was prepaid and he just needed a safe place to sleep for the evening. They still would not allow him to stay even with a credit card on file.
Luckily I was able to find him a place where they asked if he was a responsible 20 year old. Im not sure if there is much of a difference between 20 and 21 year old but glad we found a place for him to stay for a few hours before the shop opened to get him back on the road.

Floor padding
The floors are not sound proof, all night the 3 floor persons walk so hard could hear clearly very restless if sleep is needed

I THOUGHT I WAS IN MY OWN BED. AMAZING !!!
Everything were amazing. Just don't pass up the comfortable stay at Candlewood Suites - Longview TX.
Candlewood is very affordable. Will be back in the next months.

Ahhhhhhmazzzing!!! They have dove products in the bathroom VERY clean VERY nice staff AMAZING bed! Fantastic pillows!!! Eco friendly hvac a/c unit SUPER quiet GREAT area Im VERY satisfied!

Our RV was in the shop for repairs so we had to find a pet-friendly hotel with a kitchen. We loved this Candlewood Suites! Everything was very clean throughout room and hotel. The kitchen was great and the gym very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here while our RV was being repaired. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, and staff were very friendly. We made use of the gym and loved having a kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.
Booked a 2 BR suite on hotels.com 4 days ahead of time. On arrival we went to the room and it was one bed ( queen) and a chair. It made Motel 6 look roomy. The front desk lady was nice but limited. She called the GM & she proceeded to lecture me on how hotels.com is terrible. I just wanted my room or something close. They said my room was changed a day before
And the initials
On the change were that of the GM. She of course denied it but couldn’t explain it. The GM was rude & refused to help make any accommodations. I asked for my money back and a receipt
Showing my cc charges had been. Front desk girl (only pleasant person) couldn’t do it/ called GM again who refused her call
& left her hanging. She called another manager at a hotel she knew & got it done. Worst customer service I have had in a while. GM was a jerk. Hotel was unkempt and not well
