Defective plumbing in both of the rooms we were offered. Exterior security doors in hallway blocked open with rocks because the card reader didn't work. Few items available for breakfast. Dingy sheets and towels. Extension cord run across sidewalk for owners car charger - right next to handicap parking. Overall run-down appearance. Sadly this property has deteriorated over the last several years we've stayed there. Time for a new place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are large with all the amenities. I stayed for 2 nights and had no issues with anything in the room or around the property. I will stay here again as there is an amazing Mexican restaurant next door and a Chiles with a couple blocks.

First arriving the man at the desk was very impatient, rude and had no customer service skills, the hotel is ran down, old carpet, dirty walls with cracks and horrible repair fixes that were visible. Water pressure was minimal to none. Towels were hard as rocks. I wouldn't recommend this place. Only stayed because we booked on the way to a family emergency.

Really sorry for inconvenience caused but we have everything new in the room like bed frames , mattresses , ac/heating units, vanity etc. we are in process of changing 2 sofa seats in the room you stayed. In the future i will suggest to draw attention of front desk in such matter. Definitely he would have help you.

Comfortable, clean room, easy walking to at least three restaurants, easy access on and off the interstate. The breakfast was almost nonexistent, coffee, a couple kinds of cereal and some bread. Glad I had my own breakfast items with me.

so sorry to hear this but hotel has to run your card to make sure you are coming and payment is secured when hotel is busy. your card got declined at 9:45 pm. Front desk waited till time and hotel have no option than after except cancel your room as you know balloon fiesta was on and none of hotel in this whole area having room. First We call guest and if no response than authorizing payment . if credit card decline than we have to cancel that reservation. You know what happened if we waited and guest do not show up and credit card also declined . Hope you understand hotel situation when whole area hotels busy because of international fiest.

Nice stay. Pretty quiet, good shower with hot water. Beds were very comfy and the AC worked great. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Ice maker always had ice!

We are locals. My children are on summer vacation. I work during the day so vacations arent easy to come by. I wanted them to feel like they did something. Once we arrived, immediatley the smell gave me a headache. I asked for the pool and attendant said its closed. Very disappointed, i explained our reason for the stay. On the second night there, my sons ball rolled under the bed. There was trash under the bed that didn't ɓelong to us. There was also a razor blade. This tells me that all they did was make the bed. Only half a roll of toilet paper was in restrm. When checking out i was upset. The owner said they dont always clean under the bed. She said the couldve sent us to another hotel to swim if i wouldve let em know, which i did. Thats stupid anyway. I dont think the blankets even get changed out. During our stay, we also had to get someone to remove a lizard from the room. It was disappointing for me and my children.

Room was to be ready @ 3 I showed up at 4:30 and they did not have a room clean or ready for me. They did give me a room finally after 30 min of waiting when I walked into the room it wasn't even touched from the person from the night b4. Then I was told they would clean one, I just asked if there were any rooms ready, I didn't get what I paid for, but by then I just needed a room. Just not very professional, and I know anyone can have a bad day.

Booked this room for my son. They wouldn't let him stay there even though the room was paid for. Customer service was horrible. The person I spoke with over the phone and the person who my son spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Ended up paying for a room that went unused.

Room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable. Decor was dated and room smelled like your Grandma’s house. (Old Avon perfume with highlights of an ashtray mixed in.) Was not a non smoking room, to be fair. Did not have complimentary breakfast as advertised, but did have coffee etc. Overall, a descent stay for the price.

Although it was a Mini suite it was spartan. There were no wash cloths , soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Ac was very noisy.

This property was disappointing. It is one of the most expensive hotels in the area, with the worst quality of stay. The worst thing about the hotel was the lack of cleanliness and smells. The first room that we were assigned to smelled like wet dog with a hint of pet urine. I asked for a different room. The second room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room. The third room was the least smelly room, but still smelled of construction dust and a faint musty smell. The couch was sprinkled with crumbs from whatever snack the previous occupant had eaten. There was a hair in the bottom of the mini-fridge. It was a less than ideal stay. The good things were that the staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable. It is a convenient location. If the management would invest in cleaning the carpets to reduce the odors, and increase the housekeeping standards this hotel could really turn around.

Beds were comfortable room was clean but the bathroom is very small, the towels were very thin, and the bathroom faucet splashed water all over the place. Also there was a lot of highway noise. If you stay here ask for a room opposite I-25.
