Not pleased. No water or even cups. Shampoo bottle empty. Bed hard and noisy. Internet slow. TV remote did not work. Breakfast poor. Had to ask for coffee and juice.

My issue was i reserved a room with a oversized tub, not really a jacuzzi tub. When i got in the room the tub looked like the cleaning people dumped dirt mop water in it. I went downstairs asked for new room. None available. They offered to "reclean" he said, i said that was fine but i would want some sort of discount. I recieved nothing. And he all the sudden was unable to help. I wont be back to that location.

The front desk attendant had a stick up his ass every time we approached him horrible customer service he had an attitude very unwelcoming l. Never never will I go back. This is a horrible location do not recommend at all he looked dirty and poor higene
