Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Not only was it a great value, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Nashville again.

My issue was i reserved a room with a oversized tub, not really a jacuzzi tub. When i got in the room the tub looked like the cleaning people dumped dirt mop water in it. I went downstairs asked for new room. None available. They offered to "reclean" he said, i said that was fine but i would want some sort of discount. I recieved nothing. And he all the sudden was unable to help. I wont be back to that location.

First, let me say the best water, pressure and hot water of any motel I have ever stayed in. I’ve always hated taking showers at motels because it never seems to be enough water pressure and the water seems to be hot enough but not here. Great water pressure nice hot water now The first room that we were given was quite disgusting. However, I immediately went to the front desk and was given another room across the hall, and it was very good. It was very clean as far as sheets and tables and stuff. Now with that being said, the furniture in this motel needs replaced, their cloth covered chairs in the room, and the benches that are cloth covered are all very stained and icky. That’s all I can say, but when I showed them the problems with the first room, they were very kind they were very courteous, and immediately gave us a another room. I do believe that because I had my dog with me maybe that’s why they chose one of the rooms that was not as nice , but when you pay an extra fee for the dog and there’s no damage done by the dog, I don’t want to be stuck in a nasty room just because I have my dog with me now given the price of these rooms you get what you pay for and I was grateful to find somewhere affordable, since it was a last-minute unplanned trip But like I said, they were very kind, very courteous and immediately corrected the problem. The pool was not available to us while we were there which was a little letdown for the kids, but he said that it was temporary.

Wonderful place. Easy to get to on/off interstate. Had everything we needed and expected. A little more attention to cleaning details in bathroom would certainly help

The staff was friendly. However when we go inside our room there was a weird smell (we sprayed some of our perfume to offset the smell) the shower/bathtub had a black ring around the drain. The “free breakfast” wasn’t much, we didn’t even stay for breakfast at all because it wasn’t very inviting. The only “hot” food option they had was waffles from a waffle maker. I did not see any coffee anywhere either. There’s also not much around to do, limited places to eat. Something that is also not told to you is that there is a $100 deposit and it HAS to be cash, I only knew this because I called myself to check on deposits and whether or not they place a hold on a credit card. For the price the stay was eh okay, but we won’t be staying again. Also…the sign out front states the rooms have been updated, but we seen little to no updates other than a big screen TV.

Not worth the money.
Room was musty smelling. Walls paper thin. Lots of noise coming from hallway. $37 pet fee was not mentioned before booking. Manager was difficult to understand and not very friendly. It was very dark by the back door.

We had 3 little pillows for a king size bed, the room felt a little outdated, it did have a refrigerator and microwave so that was good, I just did not care for the fact of the 3 three little pillows not even standard size for a king size bed. We did not sleep the greatest
