The atrium area looked dated the bar area was cheesy and the restaurant was meh. The room was clean, but nothing special. The property was just average.

Room was very outdated. Hall carpet and paint was old and unleveled. Pictures looked great. Reviews were great. So we booked through Expedia. We were traveling. We are the type that come in go to the desk, to the room, shower and go to sleep. The PARKING was horrible. For small compact cars, every spot. Hard if you’re driving a 4 door 4x4 truck. Expedia charged us, and the hotel said Expedia wasn’t communicating with them, it was down. We had to pay AGAIN. Which was a lower price, I was ok with that. Next day tried to get refunded from Expedia, nope. Getting refunded from the hotel, 7-10 days. Thank you for the stay, won’t be back! But you were friendly when you took my money.

Jessica, we are sorry you did not have a good stay with us. Expedia did not send us the card that was for the payment of the room, they are the ones who informed us to get payment from the guest when they arrive. We had other guests call Expedia and got a refund since they contacted us at the property, and we informed them about not receiving the card for the rooms. Our parking lot is a pretty big parking lot and goes all around the building, we have had 18 wheelers park with no issues.

The people on the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient - from the front desk to the cleaning crew and restaurant wait staff. Although the facility itself is a little old, a lot has been updated and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose from. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The main issue we had was the faucet wouldn’t switch to shower mode. Everything was very clean, the hotel was relatively easy to navigate. The front desk was going to send maintenance to fix the issue, so I’m sure everything will be fine for the next guest.

All was good except the bed. It was lumpy and you can feel the springs. Husband did not sleep well and woke up with back pain. Definitely needs a new mattress. Other than that it was a great stay.

This place was so clean and the people were so friendly we had a bad experience when we first come to town and we found ourselves in need of another hotel we went to the MGM and we were comfortable staying there The rooms were comfortable the hotel was quiet they have great food and they have great service

In need of a major renovation. Staff is so nice but it's not a good place.Can't take a shower without it puddling to your shins. Feels dirty and old. Breakfast was good.

Bed was horrible. Mattress had huge indentions in it. Worst mattress ive seen in a hotel. This is advertised as a 4 star hotel and its barely a 2 star. Getting run down, needs updates. The MCM Elegante in Abilene, Tx is much nicer than this. Breakfast was good though.

They already have a 4 p.m check in which is late, we got there at 4 and the lobby was full of people waiting to check in. After 2 hours waiting and still no room, apologies, or even an idea of when we’d get a room we ended up booking some place else

Our check-in is at 4pm since we have a 12pm checkout, our housekeeping was working as quickly as possible to get the rooms clean and ready. We had a full house the night before and we are working with little staff at the moment.

The property is older and the rooms are a bit run down but the people really make this atmosphere amazing. There are a lot of homeless and construction on the area in front of it so I was nervous about vehicle but it was fine. The restaurant inside the hotel is so good. The pool was nice for the kids. It got the job done. The beds weren’t that great and the pillows were hard. But we just used it for swimming so it was great. I’d stay again just to swim and have fun.

Very Large group in the bottom by the atrium having a good time but also smoking weed. Rooms are were out dated, beds were decent. Just felt dirty, won’t stay here again

Sorry the room did not feel clean but i can assure that our housekeeping does a good clean on all of our rooms.

Me and my kids love this hotel. It has airport shuttle, great hot breakfast NOT complimentary but hot and cook to your order eggs. It is also across the street from a convenient store, Walmart and other food places

I stayed here with my fiancé two weeks ago for the anime convention, and the staff really surprised me. When we got to our room, our tub was messed up, so the staff immediately sent maintenance personnel to our room to fix it. They also moved us to a different room and gave us two complimentary drinks. I’ve stayed here plenty of times before, but this time, I was very pleased with their service.

This hotel was a STEAL! Our room (250) had a living area with a couch and chair and a separate sleeping area with a door. The bathing arrangement was a toilet and bathtub and a separate sink. We had a Keurig coffee maker in our room with Starbucks coffee.The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The "Anime" convention was there all weekend, and there was a lot of activity (younger folks), but we didn't hear a thing in our room. The restaurant has a delicious, free breakfast. They had a custom- prepared omelette station, waffles, granola, fruit, biscuits, oatmeal, etc. The menu for lunch and dinner looked great as well. The hotel staff was GREAT. I highly recommend this hotel.
