Not in downtown but easy to get there
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to downtown Luxembourg by bus. At least twice every hour there is a public free bus (as all public transportation in Lux) departing (5.min walking) from the hotel. Calm neighbourhood. Rooms are a little old but ok for the price. There're free coffee and tea and disposable slippers in the bedroom. I didn't find a microwave oven for guest use, but they might have. Shampoo, soap and body lotion are in big dispensers, fixed at the wall. Much better than those small soap bars. No electric or USB outlet close to the bed. A must in modern world. Empty mini fridge in the room. Tap water is potable, as in all Lux. Calm neighborhood. Easy to get to the airport by taxi (I paid EUR40.00, less than 20 min drive, on Sunday) or using public transportation (2 buses). The hotel holds you lugagge for free after checkout. Sometimes there are complimentary orange juice and some candies at the lobby.

Not what you expect from a premium hotel.
I had pre booked breakfast on my Hotels.com booking but the hotel didn’t have to booking and parking as per paid and refused to honour my booking. Not sure if it was a Hilton error or Hotels.com but the front of house manager was very unhelpful.

Overall very good but....
It was overall up to the standard I expected, however one major issue was the cohort of smokers just outside the main entrance. Staff and guests alike mill around smoking just outside the front doors. It smells and looks awful and you simply have to go through this to get into the hotel.

Good value for money, would recommend
Good value for money. Lovely hotel, great service, amazing selection available for breakfast. The pool is a great bonus which I took advantage of. I may have missed it but it would be nice if there was a little sheet in the room describing the process and what was required for accessing and using the pool. I wasn’t sure if you needed to take your own towel, whether there was changing facilities and as it turned out you needed your room key to access the pool itself. Non of it was a big deal but would just have been handy to know that before going down. Location is a little out of town, not walkable, but there were a few buses running and taxis available if you wanted to explore the city some more. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a nice comfy place to put your head.

MUY BUEN HOTEL
El hotel no es bonito por fuera, pero está en una ubicación perfecta y por dentro es absolutamente confortable. Los cuartos son grandes y cómodos, el desayuno es delicioso, tiene piscina para los niños y queda al lado de la parada del bus q lo lleva a uno a cualquier lugar. Nos gustó mucho para vacaciones!

Nice hotel, pity it not closer to the city
The welcome cookie was a nice touch from the receptionist on arrivial. I was moved from a twin single bedroom to a queen master bedroom. Building looks like an 1970's soviet building. I had a balcony but access entry was not allowed possibly because i was on the 16th floor. It has a decent swimming pool, the gym is barely equiped, didnt bother me as i was in lux to do the marathon on sat night. Access to the hotel from the airport is take the 6/16 bus to the center & 4 to last stop, then about 5min walk to hotel door. I only had breakfast, its a standard buffet with a decent selection. The bar is barely existance . Overall i enjoyed my stay, possibly will stay abit closer to the city next time as night time buses are unreliable, ended up walking 6km home after finishing a 42km marathon
