“Beautiful Hotel- Customer Service Lacking”

My flight arrived early, we inquired if the hotel has early check in, we were told yes but she doesn't know if rooms are ready so to come back in a few hours. Instead of her checking to see if there was available rooms. Not customer friendly at all. Also the room was paid in full through booking on Expedia, we decided to stay an additional night and were double charged, they charged for the night that had already been paid for. Hotel is very nice but the customer service wasn't the best.

“Small but comfortable rooms”

The rooms were small and the door to the room was extremely heavy!
