Easy to find hotel near the airport. So we could get back on the motorway easily in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic with just about every option available . The only down side was that the pool didn't open until 0900hrs which meant we couldn't use it as we wanted to be long gone by then.

The Auditorium is a "tired" hotel on the edge of Barajas Airport. The hotel needs tp consider is café menu and the food. The hamburgers were raw and worse than a leather shoe. The staff was rude but that could have been because Spain lost its title at the 2014 WC Football at a very early stage.

Dear client, we are sorry the hamburguers were not as expected, we will report this to the F&B department and hope it does not happen again. Sorry also for the staff rudeness we will report that too. Thank you for pointing out things that can be improved. Kindest regards ;)

One of the masses!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The rooms require renovation and redecoration. The pool requires maintenance. The majority of staff need a refresher course in people skills.
Location: The location is not convenient for anything. Nothing is in easy walking distance. All nearby destinations require an expensive taxi drive.
This hotel is so large that guests become only a room number and are herded like cattle through the restaurants and social areas. The pool was in need of repair as were the rooms - with broken light fittings, noisy A/Cs and grubby bathrooms. The reception staff did appear to make some attempt at making the individual guest feel valued but any such attention sadly stopped there. This hotel should be advertised as suitable only for coach trip travelers wishing to attend the various seminars in the huge auditoriums and perhaps staying for one night only.

Dear client, we are sorry your experience was not as positive as that of others on this site. We treat our guests as best as we can, sometimes when there are huge congresses going on here we need to guide the attendees so nobody gets lost or miss the food services. Regarding the pool and roomd we will report that to the maintenance department so have a look and see if improvements can be made. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Kind regards ;)

Big beautiful. Clean and spacious. All the size and amenities of a large fancy typical American style hotel. Great food and food available all the time. Close to airport.

Potential to be excellent, yet shoots own foot

Pros: The room was quite nice, as was the rest of the building.
Cons: Their policies, especially on food from outside and local phone charges.
Location: Almost nothing as its far removed from the center.
While the hotel facilities are quite nice, it is the policies of the hotel itself that prevent it from being a great place that I can freely recommend. There is also the point about location. While its great because its very close to the hotel (and the hotel offers a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes or so) it is a 30 or so euro ride from the center. Each way. When it comes to policies, the first that bothered me is a mind boggling one: can't order delivery or bring in food from outside the hotel. I couldn't believe it when I was told this. I've never heard this from a hotel before. So no delivery (not that much delivers there anyway, being so far from the center) and no bringing leftovers from the restaurant you walked to. They basically pigeonhole you into ordering their extremely over priced, limiting, and bland room service/bar food. There is a restaurant but it didn't seem very appealing either. Not knowing this before booking (because honestly, who would think to ask about something thats the standard/norm everywhere else) makes me feel like the hotel takes advantage of its guests. The next policy is their charge for making local calls. I am not exaggerating when I write that I made a couple phone calls no longer than 20 seconds in duration (asking if a place delivered) and was charged $4 for my troubles. The fee doesn't break the bank, but like its other policy, works to insult and dismiss return business.

Dear client, thank you for telling us how your stay was, regarding the ride to the center, right in front of the hotel there is a public bus stop where you can take a public bus for 2€ and get to the center in less than 20 minutes. In regard to bringing food from outside the hotel that is our policy, sorry if that bothered you, we recommend next time you try our restaurant which is really good :). Regarding making calls we are sorry you did not like we charged this but it is something you can find in every hotel. Thank you again and we look forward to having you soon back. Kind regards ;)
