Amazing boutique hotel

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Retiro park...the prado.. All the plazas. Many museums...everything was close enough to walk!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting madrid. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a fantastic 2 bedroom suite. Anything and everything you would want or need was there! Fully equipped kitchen with much needed washing machine! Fantastic location...a few blocks near Retairo park and walking distances to most attractions! Prado was close by. The staff was the BEST...so informative, helpful, and accomodating! I would definitely stay there again if ever in madrid. And recommend this small hotel to everyone!!

Great place for family trip to Madrid

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, size of room.
Cons: Water pressure wasn't great. Our room didn't have much natural light. Breakfast should be included.
Location: Via foot or metro you are near almost everything in the city. It's hard to beat this location.
We took our family of 4 (kids 13 and 11) to Madrid for four days. Location was perfect, right near two metro stations and a quick walk from Retiro, the Prado and Sol. The room was huge, with separate bedrooms and baths for us and the kids, a huge living room area and even a kitchen. It was tempting to spend more time in the room, but there is a lot to see and do in Madrid. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The rooftop terrace offers a breakfast that, while not being the cheapest in the world, is worth it (at least once) given the views from Alcala.

Great Hotel near old & new parts of city

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Size, cleanliness, newness, amenities, WiFi access, room 'keys.'
Location: Mile or less walk to Plaza del Sol, the Prado, city parks, Gran Via, and multiple Metro stops and shopping areas.
Suites are spacious, new and clean. The facility is clean and in a safe part of the city. Security Access to the hotel and rooms is great. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and on-site 24 hours a day. The surrounding neighborhoods were quiet and easy to access. Access to the metro was easy and close.

THE place to stay in Madrid! Great Location.

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: I've stayed in Madrid several times but this place was a converted apartment complex so these are not rooms, they're actual large flats/apts. Roomy
Cons: The taxi driver had a hard time finding it. It has a small entranceway/lobby which does not give a good initial vibe. Add signage as an awning!
Location: Walk to the Puerta del Sol and eat at the Museo de Jamon. 1 euro sandwich ans .70 draft beer. Get souvenirs at the kiosk on the Blvd near Toledo store
Wonderful location with the Puerta de Alcala 1/2 a block up the street, Fountain of Cebeles in the other direction and right across from the famous old Correos (post office) building. Down the street is the Museo del Prado and you can walk to the Puerta del Sol as well. Both tour bus lines have stops steps away from the hotel and we bought our tickets in the hotels lobby. Arrived and were given a voucher for a complimentary non-alcoholic drink on the 6th floor patio. Go there to take some initial pictures and make your plans. Around the corner there is a small grocery store to stock up on and fill your kitchen which came in handy for snacks or breakfast. We never went up for the buffet breakfast. Could find breakfast cheaper with good pastries and coffee. There's an Irish pub next door for beer and viewing soccer and a cafe/restaurant next door as well. This flat had 2 bedrooms w king beds and a fold out couch. 6 would be perfectly fine here. Clothes washer and full kitchen, dining area, living area big double sink bathroom w plenty of hot water. I can't say enough about it and very much worth the price.

Fantastic, Fantastic!

What a great find this was!!! My 2 daughters and I were traveling with 3 friends and this was the perfect place to start our trip. We were all able to be in one apartment for one fantastic price. This is ideal for a family. The accommodations at the Luxury Suites are fresh and clean. The staff is helpful and willing to put in the extra effort you expect at top hotels. Most importantly, this is a well located property. It is very close to all of the art museums and best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to many important Madrid sights.

Huge 5-Bed appartment with very good location

Posted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
had a great stay with 5 guys in the 5-bed appartment. very spaceous and quite despite the central location. Kitchen could have been a little bit cleaner to give the last 5th star, but this is if you want to be really picky. We enjoyed the stay and had a great location where many attractions can be reached in walking distance. There is no terrace per room but a terrace on top of the hotel. We would take it again when coming back to Madrid.

Perfection

Posted May 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Loved everything about the Luxury Suites. Our one bedroom suite was bigger than most apartments we have stayed at in Europe. It had a boutique style feel to it as there aren't very many units. Kitchen was great and had a washing machine. Living and dining area where quite spacious and bedroom and bathroom where some of the largest I have seen. The front desk staff were so kind and informative with any of our needs. The outside terrace views where amazing and the service from Blanca was the best ever. Walking distance to all major sights!
