I liked the bathroom, it had everything one needs. The dinner restaurant is average for the money, but the breakfast was excellent. Although asking for 5 euro breakfast when one pays $280 a night is bit confusing. Parking is 16 euro a day.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed as it was a reason we booked, as we only stayed one night prior to flying out from Madrid. It wasn’t too inconvenient though as there were restaurants not too far away, we walked to the mall but took cab to return. The breakfast buffet was large however and plenty of options and good food.

We chose this hotel because it's close to family. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was very helpful with accommodating our needs and expectations.

the Hotel was pretty empty on the day I stayed there. however there was a young soccer team with 12-14 year old boys that slammed doors all night. my room was right in the middle of them even tho there were plenty of rooms in other floors available. the restaurant was closed and nearby dinning was poor. I would not stay there again.

Best business hotel in the area
If you're in the area for work, this is a great hotel and much more upscale than its Eurostars neighbor down the street. The room was wonderful and the service was very attentive. The one area that could have been improved was the bed and bedding - I don't think I have ever slept on something as scratchy before. That being said, for the price and comfort, I would go back.

I like the hotel and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem I had was when I arrived there I was told that there was a mistake on Expedia and actually they don't have the room I booked.Plus, they don't have any available rooms for me to book. And even though they told Expedia about the situation they didn't fix the problem. They were still very helpful and gave me another room for another guest who booked the room but didn't show up.

I thought the entire hotel was lovely. I didn’t like that coffee or juice wasn’t available if you checked out early morning. We had a 6:am flight so left the hotel at 4:30am.

Loved it ! Was enormous clean modern different than old fashion hotels in city of Madrid downtown. Staff lobby excellent Parking across street free Was missing coffee and tea service in the room but besides that everything was GREAT and enormous rooms!!!! 15mim drive to airport 25 min drive to downtown plaza mayor.
