Good value for money. Great location for walkable holiday. Plenty of space for 3 people. 2 large bedrooms with own bathrooms. Despite saying no elevator there was one. Good communication and easy to use the electronic key from phone.

Cleanliness - poor. Toilet was dirty and it's so small and congested. The lift doesn't goes to all the floors so be mindful that you might need to carry the bags yourself. The rooms and reception are at a different locations. Rooms are not soundproof cause we heard lot of noise from the neighbour. There were hairs all over the floor, despite us requesting cleaning service there was none provided.

Hard to communicate with some responsable
The location is nice but overall the appartement is missing a lot of stuff the air conditioning was not working and at night it was really cold. To talk to someone or to make a complaint there’s no one you can talk to.

The place is excellent, very strategic location, all in good conditions, only problem is everything is digitalized and my phone service provider was not available in Spain (Madrid area), customer service was helpful and guide me to solve the issue

We liked that the location was very close to the main center and that it felt like a relatively secure place to live in however the location was very hard to find at first. Additionally the sheets on the pull out couch was yellowish and looked like it had never been cleaned. Also, while there was air conditioning in the apartment, it was located where the primary bed was making that room very cold while the pull out couch/kitchen area did not get any of the AC. Finally, with the pull out couch there was barely any space to walk unless you jumped up on the couch or folded it back up Overall, not sure we would come back here again but it was an okay experience if your main goal is to be close to everything!

Claustrophobics beware
Beware, the tiniest of windows! If you suffer from claustrophobia, do not book this suite There are two very small windows, quite high from which you can barely see below. Otherwise, nice big bedrooms with two bathrooms and small lounge with a much too big tv for the distance from the pull out couch. Overall, everything needed is there but all every awkwardly configured

Overall: Avoid this place Pros: Location is good and close to the metro. Cons: There is no check-in desk at the property, check-in is painful. You get no help no matter how many times you call and the place very hard to find.

Should change their name to Suites You Stink! No adequate communication and no effective help!!! We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights One room had no proper AC for all of our stay while in the middle of a heat wave. We had to argue to secure basic amenities like soap and linen for the sofa bed. No towel service even if we asked and the plumbing overflowed.... Amazing location, great bed but every thing else was problematic. They had 3 days to fix it but came up short... So yes, your new name is Suites You Stink!

This place is kind of hard to find because the sign is small and doesn’t stand out. But the location is amazing because it is so close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, sites, etc. We brought earplugs just in case but got pretty lucky with neighbors and did not need them. The overall cleanliness was ok but many of the towels were stained and could use a good bleaching. The sofa bed could use to be replaced but the regular bed was good. I felt there was a good amount of storage.

Location is great Dislike: No lift for third floor and very small and tiny lift. I requested a clean services but they ignored I requested to check the shower drain but they ignored, the water nearly flooded we couldn’t shower until my son cleaned it…! Remote control not working. Residents very noisy and no control over noise.

Location was excellent! Staff was great in communicating and coordinating. Great having a little kitchenette handy. El Corte Ingles is close by to supplement the limited supplies given. Overall: great!

Nice Central Studio
We deeply enjoyed our stay, the space was spacious, had a functional kitchen and was clean. We especially enjoyed the view to the street, since it is extremely centrally located. There were a couple problems with the toilet flushing that came and went but overall that was the only major issue.

The location is fabulous. You are steps away from anything you would want to do. The property we were given, however, did not match the photos. We were given a different property within their group.

Everything worked out perfect! The staff was very nice and super friendly! The apartment from the check in location is just 1-2 mins walking distance. The location of the apartment is excellent - very convenient to everywhere. It’s very quite thought the street is usually quite busy at the evening. Would recommend to friends.

Could be better and where is the reception?
Suites You Zinc could be a lot better with some changes. First and foremost we arrived at the property address after an international 9 hour flight and there was just a locked door with no lobby. I was nervous as I thought we had been stiffed given the property seemed abandoned. I pressed one of the intercom buttons that faintly said "reception" and also received no answer. I then proceeded to get my cellphone out of airplane mode so I could make an international call to the number listed. Finally someone answered and said the reception was 5 blocks away in a different address, so we went over there and finally got the key. Once inside the apartment was spacious but a bit dark and the wifi did not work well at all. The wifi signal was very low. Additionally the shower head was broken and did not stay in place and the balcony door did not close very well. I will say the location is great and the room we got was super quiet even with the pride festival going on down the street at Plaza Del Sol until 4am. All in all I think for the price this "hotel" should have been much better. It's really a repurposed apartment. Additionally they really should leave some instructions at the door saying where the lobby is located.

Location was great. Check-in is at a separate location which felt strange. Beds were comfortable but the rest of the furnishings were not. The apartment was very clean. Hairdryer did not work. Building and apartment felt very secure.

5th time in Madrid
This is my 5th time here and it never disappoints. I cannot find a thing wrong with the apartments. The staff and communications are brilliant. Location is perfect if you have never been to Madrid before I would highly recommend staying here.

Apartment was ok but not luxurious, it’s just a “basic” apartment. The description and the pictures online do NOT match with the place, and also it said that the apartment comes with a washer machine (which was one of the reasons I chose it) but the apartment didn’t, only the bigger apartments have washer machines. One MAJOR complain is that I wish hotels.com or the rental staff would have explain CLEARLY that you MUST pick up the keys from a different location. I had to call many apartments at 11:30pm before someone kindly answered the intercome to tell me how to get to the office at midnight pushing bags around the city (it was my first time in Madrid so I didn’t know street names)!. At the office the lady told me she sent me an email with the instructions but obviously the email went to my spam email so I never saw it. I spoke to the office staff and they said they will fix this so it wouldn’t happen again... Area was great, close to everything you want to see. Honestly I wouldn’t stay there again, for the same price you can get a better place also centrally located.
