The cleanliness. The room was better than expected and the whole place was in pleasant gardens.

nice hotel, but very remote and far away from Borobodur, despite the fact that this is advertised as being close to that attraction. Also, the hotel charged me extra for 2 extra beds, although I booked a family room for 4 people

Tidak sesuai ekspektasi kami....
Awalnya kani booking di Royal Suite, setelah mau masuk kamar, sptnya belum dibersihkan seluruh ruangan jd terkesan kumuh dan seram. Akhirnya kami bisa minta oindah ke Junior Suite, kondisi lebih baik drpd uang kami hilang tdk jd reservasi akuirnya kami sepakat pindah kamar. Sayangnya barang2 waktu mau masuk ke kamar juga dibantu oleh2 mbak2 resepsionis (sptnya kekurangan personel), bahkan sayabtdk liat ada satpam yg jaga. Hari3 pertama spt saya nginep sendiri di hotel ini krn yg lain baru booking pas hari menjelang lebaran. Saat cek out kami harus bekerja keras angkat barang2 sendiri ke kendaraan kami, tetapi sdh mau sampai kendaraan ada dibantu oleh personel dari resto nya. Keseluruhan tidak spt ekspektasi saya mengenai hotel ini. Mohon maaf jika ulasan saya tdk berkenan, saya hanya mau menyampaikan apa adanya. Tetapi sy juga mau berterimakasih juga krn sy bisa dot kanar saat lebaran. Mhn bisa ditingkatkan kebersihan, pelayanan tamu dan makanan sarapan pagi.

best hotel environment for family with kids
most cozy place even with kids, only that u need to bring own pillow cause the pillows were very hard/thick. Breakfast was standard just ok, and not many choices.
