I don’t like some people in the front desk because they don’t know how to deal with someone and don’t give correct answers for public transportation and don’t ask about any concerns.
Good hotel for the money. Ample parking and the overall experience was not bad at all. However, reception service not so good. As most of the time it was not manned by anyone.
We were somewhat surprised that there was no air conditioning at the hotel. Very very disappointed as the weather was extremely hot when we went. Even more disappointing was when reception staff did not even offer a service for fan or even pay to rent a fan.
Apart from that it was all good for a budget hotel
The hotel is outside of Paris. We took the train which was an 8 min drive away and had free parking. Versailles palace was 20 mins away and there was a super market and restaurants within a short drive or uber as well. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for easy Paris access without having to drive in Paris.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your commentary.
We are pleased to have been at the level required to satisfy you.
And we will receive you with pleasure for your next stay.
We wish you a pleasant end of the day.
Cordially,
The room was nice enough although the carpet could have been better. The pillows were horrible though. You would need about 3 per person. Other than that it was clean and spacious and for the couple of nights we required it was decent.

Long weekend
The hotel is remote, but we had a hire car. Our room was on the top floor at the end of the corridor so it was lovely and quiet. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel was used by French workman and English builders. They were gone by 7am and made no noise. The location was perfect for our needs
Creepy corridors, dirty carpets, scratched and squeaky metal doors, minimalist rooms, linen OK but mattress horribly soft, bathroom no thrills, heating OK, breakfast very poor and non aesthetic, reception people are nice.
We stayed there one night but wouldn't have minded longer. It is convenient, secure, modern and spacious. Downsides are - no cell reception in the building and the central AC was set really warm; we had to sleep with open windows.
This hotel was good for one night, clean, quiet and and comfortable. The rooms and hallways need renovation. Great location if you want to visit the nearby villages.
The hotel is good for family, we re able to make some nice family meal in the room

To avoid unless seeking basic student crash pad.
This is NOT a 3 star hotel as labeled, but a basic budget hotel (2 star max), similar to an extended stay type of accommodation, geared toward the students and families seeking for month-long stay. There is no hotel service, internet is not working at all. However, the room is very clean and offers a good night sleep since it is located in a very quiet village. It is about 15 minutes drive to Versailles by car. The little village of Magny-les-Hameaux and nearby small towns are pleasant to visit. Will NOT recommend it to tourists trying to visit Versailles, the building and accommodation are depressing.

Great for 1 night.
We needed a place to spend 1 night on our way through and this place was perfect. A little out of town but easy to find. Check in was easy but a few things were not explained. IE no internet in the room unless you paid extra for a box. The cost was no problem but they had no more boxes. So we had to use the lobby internet which was sketchy at best. Overall I would stay there again!

Nice hotel. You need to have a car.
It is a nice hotel . But you need a car since there is no public transportation near by
Very nice room quite spacious... Little kitchen was nice working fridge...we did have to pay extra for a car park ..but it wasn't much, around €30 for 3 nights...the overall price and quality of the hotel is well worth it ..very close to Versailles about 20min by car
This hotel is in a corn field, ~45 minutes from Paris. No air conditioning, Room doors do not work. Holes in the walls and doors. WiFi does not work in the rooms.

Disappointment
I had 2 main problems. The reception was insufficient. I was waiting a very long time to be checked in. When I was I was charged for my stay. When I informed the receptionist that I had already paid through Expedia he stated that there was no record. The next day (Monday) he accepted that I had indeed paid twice and said he would arrange for a refund which would be paid into my account within 48 hours. By Wednesday it had not arrived so I asked the receptionist again. It was clear that he had not done it, so again he said it would be paid to me. It was credited to my account on Friday.
When I left at 8am on Saturday the reception was closed and I had not been given any instructions about check out, so I had to leave the key in a box near the front door.
Another issue I has was over the fridge in my room. Although it was working the hinges were broken and the only way of using it was to lift off the door to get anything in or out. I reported it to reception twice during my stay to be assured it would be dealt with, but nothing was done.
No one working Sundays. Had to open a safe with a code I just lucky acquired, sort thru all the keys to find the one with my name. No room number. Went room by room to see which door opened with my key. Thankfully room was very nice.
The apartment is very modern and nice. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was excellent. My only complaint is that it is hard to find because the road is so new that it doesn't come up on the GPS and there is no sign from the road.
Fantatsic room for the deal price
Helpful Englsh speaking staff at reception
BUT insufficent network connectivity, no wifi in the room. This is a BIG drawback, especially for business, and difficult to understand why as the hotel is apparrently very recently built. Appartcity you need to fix this now!!
Very nice apartment, away from hustle and bustle of the city...yet only 15 minutes away. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Will defiantly rent this place again on next trip to Paris. Clean and quiet.. 5 stars from me
A little far from the city, so if you are not driving arrange transportation. Room was clean, more than we expected, staff was helpful and spoke English.
These are actually flats, offered on a daily basis.
Good place to stop over if you are driving/riding.
Very clean, spacious, but in the middle of nowhere.
Lovely peaceful stay fairly close to Versaille, lovely hotel, with large appartments all the facilities for self catering. Would highly recommend. Excellent price. Stayed for 4 days and was completely satisfied.
Rooms were beautifully clean and staff were very helpful. Location was a bit out of the way but suited us perfectly.
Address incorrect & incomplete
No phone support to find location
Dirty carpets
Strong cooking odours
Broken blinds, curtains, latches & fittings
WiFi not working, staff not willing to try to fix
Desk not staffed after 2000h.
If you are visiting Palace of Versailles, we suggest staying right in Paris and taking the RER train out to the palace - only 30 minutes - rather than staying here in the suburbs.

I ended up not staying in the hotel. Hotel staff were unfriendly and unwilling to answer questions to ease my stay. It is also extremely far from the city center and almost 90mins from Paris. Its a no no anyday!
The Appart City Hotel is far out in the countryside south of Versailles, along a country road. It is a good, clean, quiet place to stay if you have some special reason to be in the area, and you have your own transportation (and a good gps system). This reviewer attended a wedding at the Chateau de Dampierre, about 30 minutes away, and this hotel was the nearest. The staff was friendly, but not present after hours.
