Best experience in Melaka, book a hotel with full payment and yet need to sleep in car by the road side. How pathetic. Check in policy 3 pm to midnight, reaches the hotel at 2330 and denied for a stay in the hotel. The hotel then refer us to another hotel under the same management, also no room is available. So we went back to the actual hotel where the staff only unpolitely mentioned that they could just refund the amount paid. This hotel is really irresponsible for a hotel booked and it will not be a choice for a stay in Melaka when having such experience in a lifetime.

Room blackout at 4am and no staff on standby
Really bad experience, our room blackout at 4am, no receptionist and hotel staff on standby, hot, hard to brief (window can’t open) and dark.. really suck.. receptionists open 8am-12am only… will not book this hotel again
