Summary:
Situated in the cultural capital of the Costa Del Sol, Malaga, in the middle of the centre, we offer our recently renovated three bedroom penthouse with spacious terrace with bbq, outdoor furniture and amazing view. The area is most famous for the amazing scenery, cultural sightseeing possibilities and excellent weather.

The accommodation has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and everything you expect from a holiday accommodation. Our penthouse has been designed with a spacious open plan living-room. The kitchen has a Scandinavian touch and the large top to bottom windows can be opened completely. The outdoor terrace has a lounge area, outdoor dining table and bbq to enjoy the warm Spanish evenings, making this a perfect getaway.

The beach and shopping malls are reachable within a reasonable time by car or public transportation.

The Space:
Our accommodation is a fully refurbished three bedroom apartment with a modern and cosy decoration. All amenities and functionalities to be expected from a holiday home are though of. Making this a perfect getaway for those who would like to be in the center of Malaga, within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket.

We recommend renting a car or using the public transportation as this is the most convenient and cost effective way of transportation. Across the street of our penthouse you will find a supermarket, busstop and a public parking garage.

The largest city on the Costa del Sol, Malaga has a typical Mediterranean climate and is also known as the birthplace of famous Spanish artist Pablo Picasso. The city offers beaches, hiking, architectural sites, art museums, excellent shopping and cuisine.

Considered the capital of the Costa del Sol, Malaga is a trendy city set on the southern coast with beautiful sandy beaches and a crystal clear sea as a backdrop.

Getting Around:
Malaga is a walkable city
Most of the main tourist attractions in Malaga are within walking distance of each other, and most of the historic center is car-free, making it great for strolling. Plus, with the sunny weather, it's always nice to set out on foot.

We do recommend using a car, taxi or public transportation to go to your accommodation and travel from location to location.

4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.

A lovely stay
The location and apartment were great. We liked the area very much because we felt part of the community. The bus system and walking distance from old town made access very doable. Our only disappointment was gaining entry to the building with no host to greet us and having to wait for someone to exit to let us in.

Comfortable apartment
Couldnt get into apartment block when we arrived unless someone came out or was going into the building. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Beds comfortable. Pillows were very small. Bbq excellent. Would be a good idea to have a welcome folder explaining about supermarkets, restaurants and buses etc. Window in 1 of the bedrooms was locked and we didnt have a key. Was told it was not a safe terrace. The room needed ventilation. A chain could be fitted on spiral stairs to prevent guests using the terrace.
