I made the right the choice choosing this hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms great- clean, spacious, big comfy bed, spot on. Food excellent. 2min walk to shops, restaurants etc. 10min stroll to cathedral. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this hotel is incredible from the moment you walk in to the location. the staff are utterly insane and they hand you a glass of Cava when you check in so life could not get any better

The staff is exceptional. We were able to check in at 7 am in the morning ( in December). They gave us very good dinner recommendations. The hotel is charming.

Perfect choice in Palma
Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and as a result were upgraded and there was a bottle of cava and a personalised message waiting for us in our room.

Highly recommended. Customer service was one of the best we’ve experienced in a hotel. Ania was absolutely amazing. Not only did she assist by walking with me to my car to help lead us back to the designated parking spot but also took additional time to sit with us and provide many tips and advice for our stay in Palma. The room was great. Nice size for two and very clean at all times.

Lovely hotel in great location
Lovely friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great rooftop area with pool. Small spa with sauna you can book for an hour and enjoy in peace. Great location in the old town where you are minutes from amazing food and drink. This hotel is a gem in Palma

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. From the easy and relaxed check in, beautiful rooms, amazing roof top pool which gives you a tranquil feeling of being somewhere luxurious. Plus wonderful friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed here twice, i will go again.

Location is 10 of 10 for walking the town’s historic buildings, shops and restaurants. If you rent a car you must call the hotel front desk so they can meet your car and show you the underground parking nearby. (A must for a car). Otherwise enjoy walking everywhere.

It was the absolutely perfect stay in Palma de Mallorca. The building is stunningly restored and makes this quiet hotel very unique and charming. Everything is in walking distance: it will be THE hotel to discover Palma and surroundings. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely nice. They made me feel at home. The food is outstanding from breakfast to dinner. I will come back!!!

The stay at the Posada Terra Santa felt luxurious from start to finish. The staff were helpful and friendly, with excellent recommendations for places to eat. The private spa was well maintained and a lovely relaxing experience after the bustle of Palma. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that we could want. We had a great stay and will definitely book here again if we return to Palma.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to make recommendations about restaurants, things to see and do and they could help you rent a car or bike etc. The outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer!

Definite WOW factor on arrival. Very stylish but relaxed oasis in hot and busy city with extremely happy, helpful staff. Great roof terrace with plunge pool and food is delicious. Didn’t want to leave!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Every staff member is so nice and passionate in helping guests have a pleasant stay. We really appreciated advice from a local perspective. The rooms and common areas are large, clean, and very stylized. The location is also wonderful.

Hidden Gem
This hotel is so unique and charming! We are loving it. They cater to your every need—there was a complimentary bottle of wine and delicious chocolates with a handwritten note on the table upon our arrival, a really special touch. The décor is lovely and there is a surprise at every turn. The patio in the middle is especially attractive. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The beds are super comfy. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a lot of variety as well. The air conditioner works very well and they keep it at the perfect temperature—which is great because it’s July and we’re in the middle of a heat wave. Highly recommend!!
