As an extra short notice holiday this was perfect. Reduced crowds enabled us to see the sights and visit locations that otherwise would be challenging logistically in high season. Can't pick the weather which was changeable however there was enough good weather to make the whole experience enjoyable

We liked how close this is to the airport and the rooms were overall comfortable. We didn't like that if you purchase the plan that includes dinner, you are forced to buy drinks with your meal, even water, and you will be reprimanded if u try to bring your own. This should have been comveyed at check in so we were caught off guard when we went to dinner, THEN found out this little detail. There is nothing at the restaurant entrance that says no drinks either. It was just awkward. Next time, we'll eat elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

The Hotel seemed a base for Stag/Hen groups, very noisy especially the dining room, unfortunately most of the guests had no idea how to queue for the Buffet. I would definitely not recommend this Hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful vacation !

Naughty naughty Expedia! Arrived at 1.30am after a delayed flight to be told we weren’t staying at the RIU Festival we were now being moved to another hotel as Expedia had overbooked the Hotel Rooms!! Wasn’t a very happy bunny! 😠 Moved to a different hotel which in future I will book directly as I just don’t trust the booking system Expedia has now!

Hotel is half board ie. comes inclusive of buffet breakfast and dinner - only drinks needs to be paid for separately. The restaurant is extremely well run with good food, great variety of food in the buffet and fantastic service from the staff. They even prepared cold dinner platters for guests who check-in after the dinner service, which was very thoughtful as my flight was delayed and I arrived hungry. Overall I found our stay very worth it and would highly recommend.

The staff where fabulous, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the food was excellent and the entertainment entertaining. My only criticism was the smoking areas, the one by the pool spoils the air swimming and relaxing in that area, the area at the main front door meant that you continually stepped out into someone smoke pollution which created a bad impression as you arrived, it also tended to drift into the reception area.

Amazing variety and plenty of food, especially for dinner. Hotel has no private parking but a lot of free parking places are available in front of the property and along surrounding streets. There is no paid parking zone in this area.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to beach and 3 mins walk from bus stop to get bus to Palma or airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good and plenty of choice. The whole area of El Arenal seems to be full of Germans but that didn’t bother us - the staff at hotel and in nearby bars all spoke good English.

Good location quiet for the area but still convenient. Airport taxi about 20 Euro. Regular express bus into Palma 2 Euro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Secure bike storage room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only downside breakfast coffee terrible sorry, but would happily stay again.

Great little get away.
Great location, 5 mins walk to beach. €20 for 2 beds and a brolly. Very near to lovely promenade with shops and restaurants. Good selection of food at breakfast, we had evening meal with our booking but really prefer to eat out but the couple of times we ate in the quality and choice was very good. Nice pool area nice and clean, no rush to get a sunbed. Comfy beds large shower, very clean room. Tiny balcony. Only 2 down points, the temp of the air con is controlled by reception and the room was far too warm, I was asking for the temp to be reduced daily, almost like it resets itself. And a real biggy for me no tea coffee making facilities, I had read this previously so I had taken a small kettle. 1 last note, this hotel and the area is 90% German. Not an issue for us and the bus takes you into Palma for €2, 20 mins journey, taxi back for €20 Time from airport 5 mins €18 in a taxi. Overall great little get away.😊

The hotel is clean, staff polite and helpful and food of good quality and variety. The facilities are good and clearly attention to detail concerning CoVid - taken seriously. Proximity to amenities is walking distance and airport convenient. Good blend of beach and poolside holiday. Access to rental vehicles easy so good to explore other areas. Best recommendation I would stay again.

We had a lovely stay and catch up with family. Very impressed with the cleaning and care taken during this epidemic. Felt very safe. Special thanks to Antonio, Miguel on reception helping me with the problems I had and to Juana our cleaner. Food excellent and so we're all the staff. The only thing lacking is tea and coffee making facilities.x

Bathroom excellent , had an automatic light very dimmed if you went on the middle of the night T, reception were very friendly The restaurant was very friendly too!! The only thing I would say is that my accommodation being half board I would had expected the soft dinks included , but wasn’t the case , not a big bother , but a bit of a feedback

great little getaway!
Great quick getaway. Good food, nice room. Can’t really fault it. The only minor issue is one of the 2 lifts was out of action so there was a bit of a wait if you didn’t take the stairs.
