Pros: Honestly - nothing. ( sorry )
Cons: Update web site or make it known to your customers what is "out of service" ( pool , elevator , the complimentary breakfast ) and increase your staff.
Location: This is besides the point.
Slow customer service. Arrived 2 hrs. after check-in & was confused if our rooms were even ready - employee needed to get manager. While waiting I saw a sign that the waffle maker was broken for tomorrows breakfast. The pool was closed (since December) something about waiting for a part for the heater! My two kids hearts were broken. That's all we heard about on the car ride up..."when can we go in the pool?" (very frustrating) The elevator was "out of service" - had to carry our luggage to second floor. My mother has bad knee's - this was very painful for her. (now - normally patient me was getting very upset / angry) Get into the room and find molded, used coffee grinds in the rooms coffee maker. (frickin disgusting). Only had two shower towels. Would have been nice to have fresh ones for the kids. Had to make THREE requests for more towels. When this didn't happen , my husband finally went down stairs and got them himself. Unacceptable!! The worst hotel experience EVER. And because we booked "third party" through Expedia - the hotel was "unable to do anything" for our awful experience. Now I will say that the staff were very professional and were trying their best help out. But it was clear that they were understaffed and fully booked. I actually felt bad for them but this does not excuse the fact of our stay. Thank goodness we only booked for one night. Never Again!!!!

Hotel was flooded due to plumbing issues

no electricity second night of stay - moved us to another hotel and said we would be credited for one night's stay - still haven't seen that credit :(

bad booking

I booked a king size with jacuzzi when I got there they were sold out, mind you I have a king size at my house I only wanted the jacuzzi.

They did not have the room I reserved( king suite)Tried to give me 2 others... 1 double handicapped, when I requested a move... I got a room that was definitely smoked in... After 1 hr of not accepting the rooms they gave they finally gave me the room I reserved. It was available all along. He said that rooms booked on hotels. Com are not guaranteed to be available... I find that hard to believe to be true... Especially since it was there, he just didn't want to give it to me.

No complaints. The hotel staff were courteous and the room was nice for the money. It was close to our destination - Manasass Battlefield.
