The staff was apologetic and eager to accommodate. However, the sheets on the bed were not clean, and you could hear arguments in the room next to yours.

I had to end my stay early. There was a dog next door that kept barking the whole time I was there. Wish I could get a refund since I didn’t stay the night. I’m a nurse and didn’t get any good sleep bc of the peoples dog next door

Not a good choice. 1st room i was given was dirty and bed was used and towels on floor. Went back to desk got a different room and that room was dirty as well but beds were made. Floors werre not clean at all. Cupboard dpors and dresser drawers broke off laying on floor. COMPLETE DISSAPOINTMENT and not worth 128$

The management team is awesome, and always their to help with a smile on their face. The rooms are very clean and the place is serien and quiet. I would always pick the hotel when in Manassas. They also have a kitchen with is good for a long stay.

Smelly and dirty.
The room smelled awful, the sheets had stains with only a top sheet, toothpaste splatters on the mirror, the TV only got one channel, and the refrigerator was warm. I could not leave that place fast enough.

Never Again. .
I’m requesting my money back. Days without clean towels. No one cleaned the room the entire time. The TV didn’t work and told the front desk several times. Wasn’t fixed until the 6th day. There was old soaps left from previous guest n the bathroom. There was old dried up boogers on the cabinet by the fridge. I took pictures of everything. There was also a small tiny roach crawling in the bathroom.

The first room they tried to give me the AC was broke so they moved me to another room, where the front door was, broke to where you had to lift it up in order for it to shut all the way, but at least AC worked

Nothing was nice about it. The towels had hair from someone else bathroom was not cleaned is not the same as in the pictures don't be fooled. The carpet was dirty so was the hall and elevator. sheets were dirty hair on the pillows. would not recommend.

Rundown flop hotel!
Hotel was extremely dirty and run down! Our first room was not even cleaned. Second room had a hole in the bathroom door and sink coming away from the wall. Stunk of old smoke! Unless you like poorly cared for hotels DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Well the good thing is you got to look at the room, the 1st room we looked at was not cleaned at all, the 2nd room we took but when we returned later that night, the only lights that was working was in the bathroom, had to use my phone for a flashlight, the water drained really slowly in the bathroom sink, no toilet paper holder, seen a couple of roaches in the bathroom. Rooms could use some updating & Housekeeping should be top priorty.
