Fit the BillPosted Nov 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was new, clean and inviting. Staff was professional and accommodating, however at times NOT at the front desk when needed. The room was sufficient, as was the complimentary breakfast. Satisfied Customer Overall.

Last minute booking that turned out nice.Posted Oct 10, 2013
Pros: I liked that it was in Mansfield and the price was good.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Our neighborhood was being sprayed for West Nile Virus and our house is not sealed up completely, so we wanted a place to stay that was close to my job and comfortable for the family. It was a pretty good rate for a last minute booking at a nice hotel. I would stay there again in a pinch if I had to.

Nice cozy safe location...Posted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: My King Sized bed and JACUZZI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location: The location was safe and cozy enough for privacy, yet metro enough for the city...the best of both worlds.
I enjoyed everything about my hotel stay, everything from the check-in to the check-out and everything in between. There was this desk worker named JOHN, on duty upon my arrival. He was very nice, friendly, and gave me a nice room with a Jacuzzi. On the expedia website it stated that there were no more king sized beds available, however, upon check -in , he got me a suite, more than I had bargained for, at no extra charge. THANKS JOHN from the Mansfield,Tx location on Brekenridge Road.

Not the worst, but ....Posted Aug 12, 2013
I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to do so this time. To start, it was 102 degrees in Dallas that day. When we entered our room, it was clear the air conditioner had not been on for some time and it was sweltering. The recliner was broken as the foot rest would not go down. And the refrigerator was on its last leg with a door that you had to hold in place to shut less it would fall off. In any event, we had to change rooms because the air conditioner (once turned on) was leaking and caused a puddle of water. So after re-packing everything and moving rooms, we encountered more problems. The door would not close completely and had no seal around it. Standing outside in the hall way, I could look into the room through the gap caused by the non-sealed door and see everything inside (and could hear everything from about 20 feet before I ever reached the door). Further, the baby roach that spent the weekend in our shower left something to be desired, particularly considering he choose to keep his distance such that we could not reach him.

Wouldn't returnPosted Jul 27, 2013
Cons: Wet carpet floors, mildew smell in room, don't assign room to another person right after another customer tells you it stinks terribly!
When I reserved/purchased the room online I requested a king bed with sofa bed room. When we arrived, lady at front desk checked us in. She gave me the room keys to a room on the 3rd floor. No problem until she informs me that the elevator is not working. We walked up the stairwell to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Open the door to the room and was overwhelmed with an awful, mildew and disgusting smell! I can overlook a lot of things, but the smell was very overpowering. Plus this room had 2 queens; not a king and sofa bed. We walked back down to the front desk. I informed her of the above info in a nice manner. She gave me another room on the 3rd floor. We again walked back up to the 3rd floor. The new room was down the hall and on opposite sides as the first. We opened the door to find the same mildew smell, just not quite as bad as the first room. We agreed we could tolerate this room, but I was still disappointed. My daughter took her shoes off and walked over by the air conditioning unit. She tells me that the floor is wet. I know ac units can sometimes drip water but this floor was soaking wet! Thus the cause of the mildew smell. When we were leaving to go eat we noticed another family was given our initial room and was entering it for the first time. We waited to see if she came out and what her thoughts were. She immediately came out with the same look on her face as we did. We talked to her and told her our experience. She was not happy either. Not good experience!
