Wonderful property with amazing views!!!
Pictures do not express the beauty of this property! The caretaker was very accommodating. The home felt safe. It was a great time!

Recent Trip
I stayed in this home for my recent trip to Saint Lucia. The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in a quiet area with no neighbours in the front. You don’t even see or hear cars or people going by. It’s perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing, quiet vacation. The back is where the real magic is. You have a breathtaking view of the Marigot Bay where you can watch the boats daily by. You can enjoy the pool also. Mark was a great host and communicated effectively. He responded in a timely fashion and ensured my stay was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a great location
Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this amazing location. Well equipped accommodation in a stunning position that would be hard to beat. Various seating and eating areas overlooking the wonderful bays. Cyrus the HouseManager is a true asset who makes your stay that extra special as well as on hand to sort out any queries or issues. Plenty of local places to eat and The Villa is easy walking distance both ways, though a taxi is welcomed on the return up the hill following a lovely selection of cuisine. Marigot Bay is centrally situated to visit Pigeon Island in the north, sulphuric springs, botanical gardens and chocolate making in the south as well as zip lining to the east! Our favourite beach was at Ti Kaye where you pay $10 to visit but you get this credited in their superb restaurant, though the $2 ferry to the local beach gives you the chance to sample rum and coconut from its shell and meet Santa selling his fruit from a paddle board!!! A quick bite from Chef Caroline’s green caravan opposite Roots 2 is a must!!! A real holiday experience not to be missed!!!!

Great Views
Our family stayed here for a week. The home was great, comfy beds everything you need. The best part was hanging out by the pool with views of Marigot Bay. I would recommend renting a car to tour the island and those hills are no joke.

Amazing location and views
Utterly amazing location and views. Large property that was very well stocked. Great local support via property manager. Perfect spot for a quiet relaxing vakay. Only caveat - the bed is a Queen, not a King.

Beautiful spot and very clean!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a very nice view too, of Marigot Bay. We should have researched St. Lucia a bit more because we needed to drive a lot to explore the island. That is not a reflection of the house however which was lovely.

Marigot Bay Guest House
The guest house is nice. It seems to be fairly new, and is spacious. The air conditioning worked fine, and surprisingly there were only a very few mosquitos while we were there. (Wonderful!!) The views from the pool deck at the main house are really pretty. The sunset view is only from the guest house decks, which sadly have several power lines hanging in front of them. Unfortunately, the house listing says there is a King bed, (but it is only a Queen size bed), and that there is a washer and dryer (there is no clothes dryer, only a small, broken wire rack for air drying) and that there is a hair dryer, (but there was no hair dryer) and that there is international cable TV with 40-60 channels (but there was no cable TV). The washing machine would not start and we waited 2+ days for help with the washing machine. The housekeeper did bring a hair dryer for us to use.

Dear Alicia. Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. We will ensure that any equipment identified as being faulty is repaired or replaced. Just to clarify, the bed is a kingsize bed but not a superking. This is as regulated in the European market. I also believe that a hair dryer was provided by the housekeeper when requested. The washing machine has never capsized an issue before but you do need to make sure that the door is closed firmly. That said, the guests that followed you did have some difficulties, so it will be replaced. Best wishes. Mark

Beautiful Vacation Home
We had an amazing honeymoon at Mark’s property. Everyday that we spent in St Lucia was absolutely fantastic and Mark’s place surged as a perfect home for us. The views from every side of the property are breathe taking. Marigot bay seemed to be a nice middle ground between the large resorts in the north and the many fun activities in the south (sulfur springs, snorkeling, waterfall, etc.) especially if you rent a car. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Awesome St. Lucia Spot
If you are interested in doing a lot of activities or relaxing at the house, this is the place to be. Clean, spacious, beautiful views, lots to do from Marigot Bay or drive to the north or south from this location to other excursions. (Driving does take some extra time due to roads, but no need to move to another location. We initially thought of staying at a location in the north and a location later in the stay in the south) Equally as good is hanging out at the pool and enjoying the pool, weather, deck and beautiful sunsets. The property manager does an excellent job. He is very helpful, pleasant and informative. If you do want to use a hair dryer or curling iron, know there are no outlets in the bathrooms. Pack a small mirror to use by the bed. The island is less expensive than many we have stayed at which was a nice surprise too. Definitely a place I would stay at again. Wish I was still there. 😊

The views from the property and especially the terrace were wonderful - a lovely serene spot. The small swimming pool overlooking beautiful Marigot Bay was a highlight. The property itself was well maintained and very easy to be in. The only small drawbacks were the glitchy washing machine and maybe some of the glassware and utensils could do with updating. Cyrus and Laudiana were simply fantastic and helped to make the stay memorable. A car is strongly advised to get around as the property is pretty remote (but that is also part of its charm). All in all a really memorable stay.

Spectacular experience from start to finish!
From the process of booking through to the very last day of our 7-night stay we felt safe, incredibly comfortable and able to enjoy everything this home has to offer! The property is very well kept, modern and clean and absolutely stunning on the inside and outside. The views are simply spectacular and even better then they are shown in these photos! The host, Mark, is responsive and always there should you have any questions. Cyrus, the house manager, supported our every need and made us feel right at home from the very start. He helped us with transfers to town for groceries or transferred us to Marigot Bay in the evening for dinner and was always available and willing to help us with anything we may need; even helped us with our COVID Testing and support when we neared the end of our trip., and he always did so with a smile on his face! You will not be be disappointed. We are so grateful for our stay and how well we were taken care of and my only wish is to return again and stay for much longer!!

Stunning Location
My partner and I stayed and at No3 for 10 days, we had an absolutely wonderful time. It is situated in the perfect location with stunning views all around. The local bars are approximately 10 minutes’ walk down the road however a rather steep climb on the way back. This is fine in the day time however I’d suggest getting a taxi back up at night. We were lucky enough to have made friends with a local bar man who charged half the price of the taxi’s at 10EC. The villa is brand new, and has been designed in such a way that it feels light and airy. The aircon works very well and there are also ceiling fans throughout. I found the bed ever so comfortable and the showers worked well. As mentioned by the previous guest, it was misleading not having the pool area leading off of our front room. We did have to take all our belongings and lock up every time we went around the back to spend time by the pool, it was however very private and again had incredible views over Marigot Bay. Natalie the house keeper is a lovely lady who cares very much that you have everything you need. Cyrus is also a nice guy who will offer you the best prices for airport transfers and day trips. The only negatives are more the attention to detail aspects. Being that the villa is so new there were a few areas snagging which we have no doubt will be addressed.

Spectacular views with ample accomodations
Our family of 4 (parents plus 2 teens) had a wonderful stay in Mark’s villa overlooking Marigot Bay. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious and is part of a 2 building estate. The owner’s building has the pool, outdoor dining and views of Marigot Bay while the adjacent subject property has spectacular views to the west toward Roseau bay (from Master bed/bath/terrace, kitchen window and terrace off kitchen). When we booked we did not realize there were 2 buildings and ours did not directly walk out on the pool; however, this proved a minor issue and we had full use of the outdoor space with no one occupying the owner’s building while we were there. Drive from Hewanorra was ~1 1/4 hours - possibly longer as we were driving on left side of hilly winding roads. Cyrus was waiting for us when we got there and check in was smooth. If you don’t plan to stop at grocery on way in, be sure to have some basics such as soap on hand. Full grocery is about 15 minute drive from house with smaller convenience stores located at the Marigot Bay Resort and just up the road about 5 minutes. Cyrus and Natalie were responsive, friendly and resourceful. While we enjoyed a relatively low key week we knew we could count on them to address anything that came up and provide great recommendations along the way. Additionally, Mark responded quickly to any and all questions. Marigot Bay resort is ~10 minute walk down from home (budget 15 minutes for return as it is all uphill with a few particularly steep sections). Food at the 5 resort eateries was great and we spent most days alternating between lounging at the resort pool and taking advantage of the water sports (hobie cats, sups, kayaks) available at the beach across the marina accessible by water taxi or Doolittle’s ferry. Doolittles (not part of the resort) has a full menu but our favorite was to order from their pizza bar. 2 other dining options around the marina: Chateau Mygo which had great reviews but we didn’t get a chance to try and JJs which we did and regretted. In all we found Saint Lucia to be an incredibly beautiful island and Mark’s villa was a lovely place to call home for the week.

Gorgeous modern house in a spectacular setting
We stayed in the guest house but had private access to the outdoor living area of the owner’s home. The pool is 40 feet away from the guest house and benefits from a spectacular view on Marigot Bay. The guest house also benefits from a terrace where we watched gorgeous sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. The home manager was of great help during our stay. We have a great time!
