Lovely students working the front desk. Very pleasant and helpful.

PLEASE put up signs to indicate where the residence hotel is, there is a general lack of signage at this campus. Had to call desk for help. Or issue a map of the property with the reservation communications indicating location.

Used to be our fav place for a stopover. Definitely gone downhill. Grounds overgrown and full of dandelions. Room was tired looking; needs a paint job. Skimpy on towels, no face cloths. Breakfast doesn’t compare to other Super 8 hotels. Pillows were small square cushions. Noticed electrical wires all around the common lobby area. We won’t plan on booking here anymore.

I am so glad I chose this property. If you like being close to Sudbury but out in what feels like country or suburbs, then this is perfect. It had that quiet and calm atmosphere yet was only a short drive to the city. For me, it was just right. The internet was fast and my TV easily connected to my travel Roku (this is something everyone should have!). The bathroom was surprisingly nice! Very modern and exceptionally clean. They are working on getting the kitchen going. I was able to make coffee and it was absolutely perfect. They really care and it shows. I hope everyone else has as nice an experience as I did. And a highlight was how nice the owners are! The lady was very friendly and is also new to Sudbury. I think that if this place is this great already, it's going to be amazing as time goes on.
