When we arrived to check in the pool and hot tub were shut down. The floors were filthy. When we got up the next morning there were bedbugs crawling on the wall. Very disapointed. Guy behind the desk just said they would look into it.

It was dirty, jacuzzi didnt work, i was told to come back 3 hours after check in because the room wasnt ready and was still disgusting. None of the amenities i paid for, for the $315 were there. I will not be back.

We stayed there for one night because I had surgery early the next morning and the hotel was close by to the hospital.The host behind the desk never said welcome or hello and never cracked a smile. I noticed a couple long black hairs on the control panel for the heater/ac unit inside the room. My wife took a bath and saw dried piss and black hairs around the base of the toilet, dried piss on the inside of the toilet bowl when she lifted the lid and black mold on the shower knob that controls the water. The side entrance next to our room had a vending machine which was empty and the washer and dryer had Out Of Order signs on them. The pillow cases were gross so we went to the Dollar Tree and bought two pillow cases along with a can of Lysol. The bed comforter was crumpled up and the bed skirt was half tucked in and the other hanging out. The tv remote buttons were very hard to push to make them work and the tv sleep button didn't work. I was hoping to get a good night's sleep before my surgery but that didn't happen staying at this 1 star hotel. If they had a complementary breakfast there's no way I would have tried it. My number one priority is customer service and this hotel lacks every bit of good customer service. We DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Person checking us in was very rude. Apparently they really only like when you pay with cash, had a hard time getting them to charge my card. had reservations for animals. Couldn’t find reservations, pool is closed for renovations(was told it was open) outlets didn’t work, lights took forever to turn on, shower curtain had stains, on the back of the bathroom door there was poop, their breakfast was disgusting. Rubber sausage and eggs. Their waffle maker was broken, stains all over the walls their juice maker only had water. I will never stay there again. This was the WORST hotel I had ever stayed at.
