My husband and I spent 5 days at this hotel last week and we had a lovely time.
The staff was friendly and helpful and had us checked in very quickly.
The room was very very clean and nicely decorated. There were just a lot of cute little touches, like a match box of small pencils, a huge selection of soaps, shampoos and lotions. The bed was a nice big king bed and very comfortable. They also gave us the latest check out time I've ever had, 2pm. It really made our last day nice and relaxed.
The hotel is about 8 minutes from the train station, 5 from the promenade along the beach, and right near banks, shopping and lovely restaurants.
Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
The only complaints I have are the fact that the pillows were very lumpy and not comfortable and the sheets and towels had tears in them so I'm assuming they're pretty old.

Nice hotel, room decor perhaps a bit tired. However, great location for getting about Nice, near to shops, restaurants, station or sea. Staff on hotel desk are super helpful and pleasant, offering all sorts of advice, bus info, places to visit etc. Late night porter supplied late coffee and drinks after a night out in hotel lounge, great way to end the evening. Room had everything we required, TV not good on English speaking channels, but we didn't. Go there to watch TV!

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights. We took the train in from Paris and the hotel is very close to the SNCF station. The staff was friendly upon our arrival. Helping us with a map and giving us dining suggestions. It is a small hotel but suited us perfectly for two nights. The room looked as advertised on Expedia. Our room (207) smelled a little musty so we opened the windows to air it out (which later brought in the Mosquitos). The batteries in our tv remote were dead but someone at reception quickly replaced that for us. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us and stored our luggage after checkout. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, 2-3 nights. If we're ever back in Nice I would chose this place first.

Nice's main square, Place Masséna is lined with palm trees and pines and is known as a place to meet and for hosting many important public events. Often used for concerts thanks to its size and central location, it is also a favorite spot during festivals and traditional celebrations like the yearly carnival parade in February. The old town and the Promenade des Anglais are a short stroll away.
