Excellent and relaxing stay in cabin
Wonderful place to stay! An excellent cabin; right on the river. Very comfortable - the mattress was fantastic. Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. Can't wait to return :)

Wonderful as allways
This was out 3rd stay here. Each time we get more familiar with the area - ice cream parlors, restaurants, winery's and other venues and parks. The Host is very polite via texting, makes sure you have all you need. The cabin at this point in time almost seems like a second home.

GREAT CABIN ON THE RIVER
Our stay for the Christmas holidays was so beautiful. The host Krystan was so helpful and the are doing a great job making the cabin evrn cozier! Even though you are close to both milford and matamoras you feel secluded on the river. The cabin wad clean and had everything you need...including Smores! Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway
This is a very lovely property. First and VERY important, was the house was SO clean. Every nook and cranny, every cupboard, every appliance was like new. The big picture windows were a big reason we chose it, and they did not disappoint. We can in November so I knew that we would likely spend more time inside than out and the windows (which were also spotless) and view were amazing. They had numerous place on the property to sit outside and enjoy the river. The property manager (owner?) was very accessible and was able to be flexible with check and and check out times. We will definitely be back. By the way, we went into Milford and at a a lovely restaurant and did some shopping. It is a very sweet town.

Amazing View !
When I woke up the next morning and saw our amazing view of the Delaware River - I was speechless. I couldn’t wait to make my cup of coffee and take it all in. We even spotted a Bald Eagle twice during our stay! Can’t wait to return with our kayaks! House was super super clean It felt like our own home! We just loved everything! Beautiful water views
So close to everything. Shopping and food close but once you got there you felt like the community was secluded. It was very well stocked.

Peaceful riverfront cabin
The cabin supplied all the amenities as described in the listing, making for a very comfortable home-away-from home visit. Amazingly, once you pass the wooded area behind Lowe's, the location is quiet and serene; we enjoyed the birds, the wildlife and the eagle perched on the other side of the river. Also, we found hikes and restaurants within 30 minute driving distance(s).

Delaware River
We loved our stay. The cabin was very clean, everything needed was available. The huge windows facing the river was where we spent most of our time; watching birds, squirrels and even a bear. Entertaining games were enjoyed most evenings. I appreciated how there was not spices, canned food left from prior guests, it made us feel like we were the first guests. There are many places to visit; Grey Towers is very close and an amazing mansion and grounds. An ideal cabin in an ideal location.

A Blissful Escape
The cabin was perfect. An unbeatable view, close to plenty of stores but still feels far away, and plenty of the little comforts of home that you hope a rental will have. Krystyn was equally as wonderful to work with. The only thing that caught us off-guard was that we didn't realize there were a handful of other cabins right around this one. That said, they're situated in a way that once you're inside, you may very well never know they're there. Would highly recommend, I'm sure we'll be back.

Excellent stay!
This was the cutest cabin right on the Delaware River. We hiked, rafted, and explored the cute town of Milford. It was a perfect place for us and our water loving pup. The host was SO responsive and the place was comfortable and super clean. Definitely coming back!

Delightful and restful stay
We fully enjoyed our stay at the cabin on the Delaware River. It was quiet despite being not far from busier roads and stores and nearby houses. Krystyn, the owner, was readily responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the house contained all that we needed for our stay. Very convenient location, as well, for finding good hiking, waterfalls, and local history such as the wonderful Grey Towers estate.

Top Notch Hosting
Kristen was amazing! She provided everything necessary and was actively helpful in finding activities for us to do since the river conditions were hazardous. When the electricity went out due to a storm she delivered water and offered to bring coffee. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Waterfront Cabin Delight
Krysten has created a magical place for connecting with nature and getting away from it all. Her cabin is secluded and yet just a mile away from every conceivable need (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) The view of the Delaware River is outstanding and the ability to walk right out of the cabin and down to the water's edge and relax in chairs is wonderful. Meals at the table inside and cooking in the kitchen, overlooking the water is charming. The cabin is comfortable, clean and stocked with so many extras to make the stay special (we had games, journals for hiking notes and a s'mores kit). And to be pet friendly on top of that is priceless. I would stay again!

Mini Vacation
The cabin exceeded out expectations. The cabin was well stocked with supplies and coffee, situated right on the Delaware River. Extremely quiet and peaceful. With I-84 right there I expected some noise. All you heard was the bubbling of the river and birds. The welcome kit included marshmallows and chocolate bars, we made a lot of smores with the fire pit. Grocery stores, restaurants pizza parlors all right around the corner.

Can’t wait to come back!
My husband and I had a wonderful time! The house is very clean and organized. We had a ton of privacy and the view of the river was so beautiful! Krystyn has really created something wonderful. She was so helpful and communicative. She even got us a ride back to our car when we floated back to the cabin in our kayaks. It was hard to leave but we will be back!

Weekend retreat
We enjoyed having the Delaware River right out front of the property. It was comfy and tidy and very quiet. Just what we wanted. Also it was close to restaurants and places of interest. We definitely had an enjoyable time.

Great cabin and wonderful host!
My husband, our dog Luna and I spent Thanksgiving weekend at this great cabin. We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier with the location - right next to the Delaware River. Wonderful views every morning. The cabin is centrally located making it extremely convenient for everything. The cabin was super cozy. Krystyn was a pleasure every time we interacted with her and we truly enjoyed her promptness and kindness all throughout our stay. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Krystyn's cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the thoughtful details were much appreciated (ice ready in the freezer, charcoal and wood available, even smore's ingredients). The area was peaceful yet convenient. We are looking forward to going back!

The Best !!!
From the moment we arrived I knew we made a great decision. The grounds were immaculate and the cottage was perfect. We couldn’t believe our view, we were literally steps from the Delaware river. I loved sitting in the backyard watching the tubers and kayaks passed by the house. This part of the Delaware is perfect for swimming. My dog loved his morning walks along the river. There is an access point a few minutes up the road where you can enter the river on a tube or raft and float back home. My teenage Child even had fun and that says a lot. Each night we made a campfire and enjoyed the complementary s’mores. Kristens Parents even gave us a lift back to access point one day which was so nice. I don’t have one negative thing to say I only wish we stayed longer. So we did, Krystin allowed us to extend our stay an extra night. Great great great getaway. We hope to be back this fall to enjoy the foliage.

Great little cottage on the Delaware
We lucked out finding this great little cottage on the Delaware. The property was very clean with all the amenities and it was perfect for the dog too! Krystyn didn’t miss a single detail- even supplied the fixings to make s’mores at the fire pit. We look forward to going back!
