This townhome sits on the (elevator-accessible) third floor of Alpine Village, offering views of the surrounding evergreen treetops and a courtyard and fountain below. It's a scene best enjoyed on your private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair, barbecue on the gas grill in summer, and relax with a glass of wine at night.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a wonderful sense of warmth and polish, with richly hued wood and outdoor-inspired decor throughout. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
