Adorable 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with large living room and dining area. Amenities include washer/dryer, large kitchen with island, pots/pans, dishes, cups, silverware, full size refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, stove/dual oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, kitchen table with 4 chairs, central air, heat, smart t.v., DVD player and WIFI. Two double glass doors with access to a lighted, covered porch overlooking the fire. Charcoal grill is also provided.

Master bedroom with 1 King size bed and attached full bathroom.
Kid's bedroom includes 1 twin size bed, bunk bed with twin size bed on top and full size on bottom.
Bedroom #3 includes 1 queen size bed.

Hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Property was clean, comfortable, and adequately stocked for cooking, sleeping and hanging out. Good location to stay for playing at the dunes. Parking multiple vehicles and trailers was not a problem.

Clean simple property
The purpose of our trip was riding ATV’s at the sand dunes. Location was close to the sand dunes with plenty of space for parking a truck and large trailer. The house had the basic amenities we needed but could use some updates of furniture, appliances, and window coverings. The king bed was very comfortable but the pillows were flat. The queen mattress appeared to be rather old and was uncomfortable. There is no television service…only a DVD player. The house was very clean and we loved the front porch.

So this property is as described. It was clean albeit dated and missing items needed in a kitchen. The neighborhood is a bit noisy with dogs barking often and the owners do use the building that is right on the property. My only complaint really is they charge you a cleaning fee but ask you to clean it also.

Nice and place. Close to silver lake state park
Enjoyed our stay. Place could use some extra stuff in the kitchen for a place That offers 10 people stay. Short on glasses, steak knives. We prepared most of our meals there and they lacked knives for meal prep, glasses for everybody. Only had one roll of paper towels that we ran out. I brought extra. Garbage can was not enough for 6 of us for four days. Owner lives across the street.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I was a little unclear about cleaning going into the rental since there was no cleaning fee I wasn't sure, but yes, you need to clean the place before you leave. The kitchen space was large. The only thing I would change about it is which cupboards the items are kept (glasses, plates, pots & pans). The bedrooms didn't have any furniture other than a the beds (well, one had a dresser but no closet). It would have been nice to have a furniture piece to set belongings on. However, the beds were extremely comfortable so I would choose that over furniture any day. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Literally my only complaint was that the wifi was pretty spotty. Combined with T-Mobile's lack of service, we couldn't check in with family the entire visit. The property was great and very close to the lake. Very clean and roomy enough for eight of us. Would certainly stay again at one of Nick's places.
