Our room had most annoying pipe noise that we literally left the TV on during the night . I wish the front staff would informed us a little more what the hotel offers we keep asking for information . Every thing was perfect

Lovely hotel…beautifully decorated lobby areas, restaurants and rooms. My room had a gorgeous view of downtown Dallas at night. Rooftop is super hip. Restaurants are delicious. Staff is very respectful and attentive. I was in town visiting my daughter and will stay again for my next visit! Cheers!

They don not honor their party bookings. I purchased a two bedroom suite and got a 1 bedroom room. Almost similar to a small studio. They told me third party bookings do not have access to their room inventory and they overbooked. If using third party, don’t go to this hotel.
