This hotel didn't look like much from the outside, but once inside the room, it was beautiful and cozy and comfortable. I loved it and definitely will try to stay here every time I'm in town.

Needs ImprovementPosted Nov 25, 2009 on Hotels.com
There was no elevator to the second floor. There was an odor to the room. The room needed some updating.

Nice Hotel for the price.....would go backPosted Jun 10, 2009
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh. The rooms and the swimming pool was kept clean.

Great room if you have no where else to goPosted Apr 14, 2009 on Hotels.com
This hotel has a perfect location for when I have business nearby however, that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The beds need replacing( the springs are poking you while you sleep) the pillows are pitiful, the "continental breakfast" is a joke. They have the potential to provide their guest with a decent breakfast but the attempt to save money makes it a joke. The waffle iron is nice but watery pancake mix does not work! The area is not paid attention to by hotel workers. And if you want a quiet room- this is not the place for that either-

Outstanding HotelPosted Dec 29, 2008 on Hotels.com
Very impressed with this hotel. The facility was spotless and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to help their guests. Great experience and I will stay there again.

eXPECTED COMFORTABLE BEDSPosted Aug 6, 2008 on Hotels.com
This hotel needs refurbishing badly. There were burns in the carpet and furniture, breakfast was cutoff at 9, when checkout wasn't until 11. This was not posted and most hotels offer breakfast until 10. The bed felt as if you were directly on the springs with only a sheet between you and the springs. There were 2 bath towels, and one of them definitely should have been relegated to the rad bin. The other was close. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I'm sorry but this was second to one of my most horrible hotel experiences. The desk person was very polite and deserves kudos for this.

Not ImpressedPosted Jul 31, 2008
2 story building no elevator steep narrow stairs, no ac in hallways felt like oven. Room could have been cleaner. Bed Sheets had oily looking stains. Wireless internet in room didnt work.

This hotel was clean and nice friendly people. There was plenty of places to eat walking distance. Easy to get to off the interstate. All around nice place.

Decent hotelPosted Mar 22, 2006 on Hotels.com
Liked the availability of early check-in (1 pm); really liked that it's across from the Desoto Civic Center - you could walk there if you wanted; price was reasonable.
