Elie was simply excellent! Good communication from the start to the end. Always reachable & ready to help. Very clean with A/C & the view is just ace! All in all a great accommodation well located between the two capitals & Mero beach walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Our two bedroom apartment (Moonlight) was perfect for our family of three. The kitchen gave us the option of eating in and the little restaurant "Indee's" on the beach gave us reasons not to. Our host Ellie was friendly and informative and even let us use her laundry mid-week. We didn't visit the little grocery nearby but shopped at the supermarkets in Roseau. Our favorite thing was morning on the porch overlooking the ocean. Dominica is the way Hawai'i was 40 or 50 years ago and staying outside the resorts is the best way to appreciate it!

Ellie is an amazing host! The property and apartment are clean and well maintained. The internet is good. The view is to die for! Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation. There is a great local restaurant on the beach below called Indee’s. Check it out too.

Upon arrival Ellie was very friendly and helpful. I went there to quarantine for my trip to Dominica. My 1 week stay was very pleasant. The area is quiet, property is clean, bright and homey. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home away from home in a quiet, serene area. Nice having to look at the beautiful Caribbean sea every morning. Thanks Ellie for making my stay comfortable.

Perfect to relax
Great view of the beach very relaxing. The apt is spacious and very clean. Easy access to the highway. Shops and restaurants 5 minutes away an easy walk to the village.

Best Ever.
I have been using Hotels.com for over 10 years, leaving many reviews. This place is the best ever. Ellie has a wonderful ability to create a beautiful apartment. The view from the terrace is fantastic, watching the sunset with a cold beer heavenly. The garden could be from a movie. Everything perfect. Dominica is a bit different, you will need a 4x4 for transport. It is still recovering from hurricane Maria, forget about sign posts, satnav a necessity.

Great first time at Dominica 🇩🇲
This family run apartment was well located close to the local Mero beach where there were a few local eateries and a shop for provisions. The owner, Ellie & her family helped to organise transfers and island tours for us, from our new friend Augustin. Everyone was very welcoming and willing to help us enjoy our stay, just a year after the devastating typhoon hit. You can see, all around, that the island is recovering but with such natural beauty, and the determination of the locals we hope and trust Dominica will recover well. Looking forward to going back!! :)

A great place to stay in Dominica
4 of us stayed here for 5 days while in Dominica. We stayed in the Seabreeze room which is a 2 bedroom apartment. The manager Ellie was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. You won't get the big hotel feel in Dominica, which is part of its appeal. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning that looked out over the ocean. The beach is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. It's all downhill going, which means an uphill climb on the way back. The room featured 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each, a pull out sofa, and a full kitchen. There are air conditioners in both bedrooms which cool the entire house if you leave the doors open. It is about a 1.5-2 hour drive from the airport but everything in Dominica is far and you will need to drive to most places. You can rent a car while there or use taxis. If you do rent a car just beware of the roads because some of them are still being repaired form the hurricane in 2015.

Nice clean place in a beautiful setting
This is a really nice, clean place to stay. It is on a hill and somewhat secluded, so feels very private. We had a rental car and explored other areas on the island, so did not actually go to the nearby beach.

Simply Amazing Place to Stay
We returned to the UK today. We spent 14 glorious nights in the Sea Breeze apartment. We wanted for nothing. Ellie, the owner, made sure everything is taken care of and she put so much detail and care into her properties. The views around the property and the balcony is breathtakingly awesome. We will be returning there next year for 3 weeks. The property is modern & the kitchen is amazingly modern and bright. There was nothing to fault and I have stayed at many placed placed, but Caribbean Seaview Apartments is high end. Comfort, clean, good taste, lovely furnishings, mosquito nets on windows and doors, good solid windows which has various ways of opening up to give maximum ventilation. Ellie makes sure all your needs are taken care of for the duration of your stay. You could rent a vehicle or take the local bus into town....which isn't bad either. The people are friendly and always willing get to help you. Ellie will advice you on how to get to where you need to go. She will also arrange taxi to places of interest etc. Augustin was our driver and he is so cool and knowledgeable of the island. Mero Beach is literally a 5 minute walk away. On Saturdays and Sundays they have music on the beach. There are small bars and eateries on the beach also, which is all part of Mero Village. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone. It is awesome and amazing and we can't wait to go back. Ellie, you are awesome!!!

Caribbean Sea View Apartments
A wonderful view from the apartment, very quiet,in our opinion located on the better side of the island, walking distance from Mero beach village and the beach itself. Not an area that`s full of night life if that is what you are looking for, but if a quiet and relaxing base from which to explore the island is what you want, then this is perfect for you.

Ideal for Peaceful Getaway
Caribbean Sea View Apartments was more than I expected. It was a self-contained apartment that was peaceful and idealic. To stay there you must have transport, a rental as it is a little distant from the Capital town of Roseau. One of the major problem was access to the apartment as the road is in a terrible condition because of the recent storm.

A room with an excellent view
Ellie is an awesome hostess and her house is simply amazing and WOW on comfort. I have been on many trips to the Caribbean and have honestly found Caribbean Seaview to be the best home I have ever stayed. Close to downtown by car and the best beach on the island is a few steps from the house. We will definitely return and recommend Caribbean Seaview.

Stunning views and great hostess
We stayed for three nights. We hade a two bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Impeccably cleaned, large open spaces and very comfortable beds. Well functioning wifi (by Dominican standards). Tiled bathroom. In the village (Mero) you'll find both mini markets and restaurants.

Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da die Insel nur so unkompliziert zu erkunden ist. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und das hatte den Vorteil, dass keine großen Touristenschiffe (Aida etc.) dort anlegten und wir bei allen unsere Unternehmungen alleine waren, da hier kaum Touristen waren. Die Insel selber ist ein Erlebnis, wunderschöne ursprüngliche Natur.

Traumurlaub mit Merrblick und Natur
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Dominica. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Alles war sauber und hat perfekt funktioniert, danke Eleonora. Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert, die Betten sind auch für größere Menschen geeignet und sehr komfortabel, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Bad kann man schon luxuriös nennen, es gab immer Wasser, warm und kalt, wir haben auch schon andere (schlechte) Erfahrungen in der Karibik gemacht. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig, braucht man eigentlich gar nicht, da man ja sowieso die ganze Zeit draußen ist. Im Garten wachsen Kokospalmen, Papaya, Bananen, Mangos und von der Terrasse hatten wir einen wundervollen Meerblick mit täglicher Sonnenuntergangsbeobachtung. Zum Strand sind es nur einige Minuten zu laufen, bisschen mühsam, da Dominica sehr bergig ist, Mietwagen empfohlen, wir hatten einen für die gesamte Zeit, dann ist man auch mobil für Ausflüge. Im Ort bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf, Gemüse, Getränke, Brot, kleine Gaststätten/Bars für Essen und Trinken. Am Wochenende hört man die Musik vom beach, was wir aber eher als angenehm empfanden. Im Nachbarort ist eine Rumfabrik mit Werksverkauf und ganz in der Nähe auch eine Tauchbasis eastcarribdive. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Une vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Caribbean sea view. Comme son nom l'indique, la vue sur la mer des Caraïbes est panoramique et magnifique, avec de somptueux couchers de soleil. L'appartement était très propre, spacieux : deux chambres, une grande salle de bain, un salon, une cuisine bien équipée et la terrasse donnant sur la mer. La situation centrale, sur la bordure ouest de l'île permet de ne pas être trop isolé et de se rendre aisément aux différents points d'intérêts de l'île.
