The continental breakfast was a huge disappointment especially for the price of the rooms. That is an amenity we enjoy and it definitely needs some work.

Online photos make this Fairfield look nice! It was very outdated. At 10am the housekeeper knocked on our door(check out was not til noon). The water was very cold for showering. The ice machine did not work on our floor. I left the room at 9:30 am to go get the ice came back and key card was deactivated. But on a happier note the staff were very very nice and accommodating!

I didn’t have comfortable stay in this hotel. First in my room you couldn’t turn off the bathroom vent/fan. it was noisy! the AC/ Heater never reach to set point temperature and just blew the cold air. I had to move to new room at 2 AM as I couldn’t sleep! the second room smells very bad, so, without moving I requested for third room! The third room was ok! They could have offered me this room at the beginning!

The beds didn’t have any protector over them just a fitted thin sheet over a mattress. . Mattresses were very stiff. Someone had been smoking so it not only smelled of cigarettes but it also caused the fire alarm to go off and with sleeping tired kids after a long 4 hrs trip it wasn’t pleasant. The staff however was very kind. The smoking isn’t due to their fault either I do understand they can’t control others actions. The three star is mainly for the bedding issues. Under the pull out bed the mattress was stained with rust marks? On a small plus the body and hair care items in the shower are great quality.

No EV charger!
This location DOES NOT have a EV Charger, even though I used the filter to show me hotels only with EV Chargers. Even though the list of amenities shows an EV charger on site. So instead of charging overnight while I sleep, I had to wake up an additional hour earlier to find a charger and sit in my car while it charged. I would have stayed longer at the charger en route, I would have made different choices for hotels. It’s false advertisement and needs to be corrected. After I looked at this hotel, the next day the price reduced and I was told there was only 4 more rooms at this place. And wouldn’t you know at 10:30 pm, there was about 20 cars max in the parking lot. What a lie. Hairs in the bathroom, well dated carpet, and the smallest room with a king size bed that I have seen (outside of downtown Boston). Beds were meh and pillows were dinky. I would never have chowed this hotel if not for the EV charger listed in the amenities section. But- Hugh- at the front desk deserves a huge shout out, he was awesome and was willing to help me find a charger as well as being apologetic. It’s not his fault! Thanks Hugh!!!

Breakfast was nuked in a microwave (the door was open and i could see it happeneing) Then once the sausages were done i watched kitchen stagg put them in the dorty omlet pan. We had a paw print in soap on the back of our bathroom door - cabinets were covered in some type of sticky substance
