Very convenient to local shopping mall and restaurants . However, is immediately next to a very busy expressway so I slept very little listening to loud traffic all night long. Also, heating/cooling units are older and quite loud when running.

We had to wait an hour to get into our room. Hit breakfast was marginal at best but I will mention that they had a big variety of breakfast items which was nice. And our room had an any problem. They never apologized for the ants when it was brought to their attention and they never apologized for our room not being ready. Was very disappointed with an our one night stay costing over $200 especially with all that I mentioned.

I am a platinum expedia member, so believe me what I will write. The whole hotel smells like Marijuana! Everywhere! At 8pm the smoke alarms went off, everyone out but it was a falsa alarm, understandable. Noisy. People screaming all night. When I was going to shower this morning the water did not come up, it was broken. I called front desk. I was told they had no maintenance people available until monday.. They offered me another room to shower. An hour later no one came to my room. Went to front desk just to be told that they were busy and to deal with it.... Never again.

Requested late checkout online & confirmed at check-in. Was never put into system& had some issues with housekeepers because of it. Bathroom- ceiling water damaged, tub very very slow draining, towels felt life lufa bars. Beds firm & pillows soft. Room was clean.

Closeby came in handy for the power outage. There was 1 towel hanging in the bathroom that was clearly dirty. Please wash all used towels it had red and brown spots on it. I did almost use it and touched it before realizing it was soiled. and now im sick with diarrhea and nausea and chills today.

I checked in about 7pm, credit card machine wasn't working at check in, they wanted a $50 deposit for "incidentals". At 9pm I got a call from the front desk that the credit card machine was working now and to come down and pay the $50 incidental fee, I said I was in bed in my pajamas and wasn't going to get out of bed and get dressed to come down. At 11:20 pm someone from front desk called and said I would have to come to the front desk and put the $50 " incidental" on my credit card. I was woken up with the phone call, I said what time is it?? they said 11:20!! I said what the hell is the matter with you calling me at this hour??? and hung up!!! Then in the morning at 7:50 am, had a loud pounding on the door, this is the Management I need you to come to the front desk immediately and pay your $50 "incidental" fee, I said I wasn't even dressed yet!!! he said how long is it going to take?? I said when I get ready and come down for breakfast!!! When I got ready and went to the front desk first, I said what's the issue that someone had to call and wake me up at 11:20pm when the card machine wasn't working when I checked in?? What is an Incidental charge for anyway? I was told if I bought any snacks or damaged anything in my room. I said I'm 74 years old I am way beyond doing any damage to my room!! So your going to charge me $50 now on my credit card and when I check out in 30 minutes you will refund my $50?? The woman clerk said well then we will just waive it this time!!!

The flush in the toilet did not work properly. The water was running all night long. If the water was turned off, it would take forever to get the tank to fill up before you could flush. I told the lady at the front desk the next day about it and she offered to have me change rooms as there was no one to fix the problem until the next day. The floor in the bathroom at one corner was damaged, there was a large crack on the floor

Overall nice..with one exception...
Overall everything was great! The only exception was the bed was a little too hard for my back. Also our door didnt close thoroughly meaning that you could literally see light while looking through to the outside while it was closed and locked. Someone might want to look into that. That kept this momma who had her 11 year old sleeping in the bed next to her up all night as my anxiety wouldn't let me sleep. Husband was not worried but i still was. Otherwise it was a really nice hotel and hotel room.

The hallways smell like weed. The room's carpet and flooring was stained and sticky, so I wore my shoes the whole time. The room smelled like old cigarettes. But it was cheap and very close to where I needed to be.

I had the worst Experience during my stay here. My daughter was told by the kitchen staff she could not be in the dining here and she asked why they told her that she was not able to be in area without an adult my child is 15 since when you need an adult to in this area this is the first time. Then she told her to put back the drink that because she used a coffee car instead of a juice cup. Are room heat did not work or the tv remote. She shower water had to run no lie about 20 minutes before it got hot. I called and asked to speak to the manager the lady that answer the phone said she was the manager and a very uneven tone so i request for the manager above her she hung up so i called back and she transfer me to the housekeeping voicemail. I will be reaching out to the owner of the property because I paid good money to stay here for a bad experience

Check in was smooth, breakfast was better than a lot of places. Bathroom in my room had black mold all over the ceiling. Struggled with room being too hot despite turnong on AC. Woke up congested next day. The mold problem needs to be addressed as that is a healthissue.

This property has paper-thin walls, which means you'll hear noise from the neighboring rooms during your stay. If you decide to book this property, make sure you understand what you're signing up for. Additionally, please be aware that this hotel is listed as a pet-friendly establishment, so if a guest checks in with a dog, expect to hear barking. My stay lasted for 5 days, during which I frequently heard doors slamming shut, people arguing about various things, and other noises that were quite bothersome. It was unpleasant, but I had anticipated such issues. However, the events of my last night there were unparalleled in comparison to the earlier inconveniences. Around 8 PM on the final night of my stay, a dog started barking. I patiently waited for it to cease for about 30 minutes, but it became apparent that the barking wouldn't stop. Consequently, I called the front desk to report the situation. For the next three and a half hours, the relentless barking persisted. I made three more calls to the front desk, each time reporting the ongoing disturbance and requesting their intervention. During my last call, at around 11:30 PM, I had grown so frustrated that I inquired why I was still hearing the barking after more than three hours near midnight and what they intended to do about it. The response I received was that they couldn't take any action to address the issue. I was infuriated, but my hands were tied. Fortunately, I was scheduled to check out the next day, which wa
