The front desk (Robert) was very pleasant and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times, and noticed a few upgrades this time. This is not the place to stay if you want amenities, but if you're looking for a decent room for a decent price, this is the place to go.

Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Their rooms are smoke free, therefore they provide a wonderful balcony with sliding doors very convenient for customers whom smoke.

We found pubes all over the room, the door to adjoin the rooms did lock. The outside security door didn’t work. Smelled like a soup kitchen, but with bad soup. No breakfast or even coffee. And just as a kicker, the sliding glass door looked like someone threw their turd at it and it splattered there.

Staff was nice. Room wasn’t ready on time, cleaning products left in the room upon checking in, roaches in bathroom, washing machine broken, tv had to be fixed. Rough experience, couldn’t pay me to return.

While the hotel did do the job and I know you get what you pay for, my biggest concern was safety. Upon arrival I did not feel safe at the hotel or its surroundings. The bathroom was also not clean with hairs all over the tub and the carpets clearly not vacuumed in some time in the room itself. Again I knew there were going to be some issues given the price, but cleanliness could've been better. I was too tired and exhausted to complain once I saw the bathroom later that night.

Fellow at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating. Rooms wreaked of cigarettes. Some exterior Windows in the hallways were replaced by plywood . It looked like vandalism the glass was still all over. I had asked to borrow a port crib prior to arriving snd was told it was checked out till the middle of the month. Obviously people are living there. Good location. DID NOT STAY. Went elsewhere for the night

Coustomer service was incredible no conplains there what so ever. My only conplain was the rooms. There were spider webs all over the ceiling. As a person with fear of spiders, it was hard to have a good nights rest. The sheets were clean,but one of the beds had a burned sheet. The head boards, balcony and curtains were dirty. Over all, it was unsanitary and not supper safe.

Things were broken. The room smelled like an armpit. There were pubic hairs in the shower. The shower was broken- the pole for the curtain, and where the water comes out itself. Just a very creepy vibe there.
