Wasn’t expecting to have my room dusty and things not wiped down properly. I wasn’t able to get breakfast and it was pretty disappointing. The front desk staff was very nice he let us check in a little early.

Staff was great- helped get a blanket left behind too… facilities were good, but showed some wear. Fold out sofa sleeper did not fully fold out without marking up walls, so we did not fold out.

The only problem we had was the breakfast was always late , a half hour and the tables were not cleaned off from the day before in he breakfast area and that was gross. Otherwise everything was great.

We stayed at this hotel over a weekend when we went to a concert, it was really nice. The only negative i would say is that we woke up with a sore back from the bed.

The property was decorated in antique Outdoor Life Magazine theme. We enjoyed just looking around. The only thing holding it back was the plumbing. The shower next door made a really big noise and the bathroom sink drained really slow. Otherwise great place.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very cute, quiet hotel. Staff was very accommodating. The original room I had was very hot and humid and my baby nephew was over heating, they switched us rooms without hesitation and even checked on the baby the next morning.

The rooms in this hotel are pretty big. The staff was all very friendly and ready to assist with anything needed. Nice updated pool area. They even have a complimentary bar from 5-7pm, Mon-Thurs. I feel that they don't advertise enough because the place itself seemed pretty empty except on Saturday night.

We were counting on breakfast being ready before we both started our work days. It wasn’t ready by 6:30. We both went to work hungry - I feel like we didn’t get our moneys worth because of this.

Very cute hotel! Some areas were outdated but the hotel is in the midst of lots of updates. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but could have had more fruit and hot items. Overall was extremely happy with this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Great access to expressway, nice value for money, spacious room with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Only unusual thing was no closet, but plenty of dresser drawers. Hot breakfast was nice especially if you like to make your own waffles.

We stayed 1 night just for a mini getaway. We chose to stay here based on its location, dining options, hot tub and free breakfast. Our room was seemingly clean but there was a splash of what seemed to be blood on the shower wall, blocked by the curtain when it was open….this lead to a feeling of “what else is lurking?”. The temperature of the room was easily controlled and the bed was comfortable. We loved the hot tub. Breakfast was decent, especially for being included. The attending staff seemed on it. We’d stay again and recommend it.

Not a good idea! Go to Holiday Inn!
This was a huge disappointment. We stayed the first night, it was very snowy and cold outside so I hoped arrival would be warm and cozy. It was not. The temp in a breezy building was set to 67° but felt way colder. My room had Holes in towels, huge red stain in center of room/carpet, and red stains on bedding. Morning 1) Breakfast was cold, had to ask for coffee as it was empty and no hot water to make oatmeal. I told an employee this and also the fact that my room had a Bright light outside my window that flashed into my window all night. She said they'd have maintenance fix it. Never did. Back to breakfast: I Can't microwave anything cuz it's all Styrofoam plates and cups. Tortillas were cold and hard. Took a shower and neighboring room flushed a toilet and it made my shower water FREEZING COLD! I reported issues to a couple people who work there. Nothing. Got back to hotel after leaving a while, had to have our room keys redone so we could enter the building and our room. Got there. Cold room again. Morning came again, no coffee, not hot water (again), tried the Cereal instead and tried bread. The bread was Hard as a rock. Tried to toast it. Made it Worse. I quit. I again told an employee who said she would handle a refund. Couldn't I guess cuz of booking through Hotels.com . I reported it to Hotels.com. still awaiting a refund! Pool was freezing and Hot tub too!
