Stayed here with my family for one night. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I was glad there were two pools as there were a lot of other families with kids staying. Decent breakfast with waffle maker. Great for the price.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Bed was extremely hard/lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom shower needed a deep clean. Hallways were dirty. Breakfast was not great. No juice at all and limited food. Cut up fruit was just floating in ice water.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at at. On a positive note, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel unfortunately, was horrible. We ended up switching rooms 4 times before we finally received a clean room. The first 2 rooms needed vacuuming and general cleaning. The 3rd room well, I don't know if the bed sheets were changed or not. The stain on the sheets could of been a set in stain, I just don't know. The bed smelled like old, sweaty, stinky body order. The smell could not be determined if it was coming from the mattress or dirty sheets. The hotel housekeeping really needs to be trained on how to clean the rooms properly.

There was no soap, no cups, damaged furniture, lamps were unplugged, dirty carpet. The carpet in the hallway is coming undone which is a safety issue when it comes to tripping and falling. Overall very poorly kept hotel.

I liked the people at the front desk they tried to help but seems like not enough staff to a proper job. We had 4 people in the room so daily housekeeping was necessary but we were lucky if it happened every o0ther day. The smell of weed in the halls was pervasive on the second floor, seemed as if someone was smoking in their room.

We rented for two nights but only stayed for 1 night. I rented a room and so did my two other sisters. My room had no toilet paper and the floor was filthy. My sisters room bath tub still had hair in the drain so the tub did not drain. My other sisters room was not cleaned. The floor was filthy, there was food left in the room, and they found small hairs in the beds. This was not a 3 star hotel like it was referred to.

The property was old and not kept updated. There was rust and paint chipping in the rooms and bathroom. The pull out couch had a dirty sheet on it; the bedding they gave us was very thin and flimsy. Bathroom sink & tub didn't drain. The room hadn't been resupplied - no TP, Kleenex, coffee cups, glasses, coffee, etc. Carpets in the hallways and elevator were old and dirty. Stairway unlit. Disappointing that Country Inn & Suites used to be considered a nice property; it's clear they haven't put much money into keeping it updated and in good condition. I wouldn't stay here again.

Property appears very nice online. Quite run down inside. We could live with conditions inside with exception of them not enforcing no smoking. Halls smell of weed.

Drugs…smoking all the time indoors in a non-smoking hotel; drugs selling in parking lot; people making noise outside in their cars all night; food on carpets for weeks; no management would care to confront drug smoking in hotel. Low life’s hanging out as well as hookers

It was my worst stay at a Radison Hotel. I been there for 3 weeks, you need to book in advance the cleaning services for your room, even Booking this service my room wasn't make the times. When they make the room they only change towels and sheets, they didn't clean the floor, neither the desk,many days there were no fruits at the breakfast, the coffee was cold, the some members of the staff were rude. Many guest use to smoke inside the hotel

With the property having 2 pools, hot tubs and exercise rooms there was no over crowding. However they seemed to run out of breakfast items fast.

Elevator didn't work well, hallway carpet was worn and sagging causing tripping, bed had been slept in - the sheets were not clean, went into the kitchen to clean my coffee cup - incredibly dirty (deep dirt), disgusting, and there was no hot food at the breakfast bar but after seeing the kitchen I wouldn't have eaten it. But the young man at check-in was great so one positive. Would not recommend anyone staying there until after they do some major changes

I travel a lot for work, and this was by far the cleanest, best properties I’ve seen! The breakfast was delicious, the service was fast, the pool was clean. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for the last 3 years for work and never had an issue. Recently they must have stopped doing any upkeep this hotel is trashed on the inside. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again on my business trips. This property went down hill fast STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Very nice room. Only complaint is that house keeping should have checked the back of the bathroom door as the previous occupants still had her bra hanging on the door and a dirty towel.

We did have a bad experience with our room but the staff quickly switched us to another room. The place is a little run down and some things you would expect to have - like an alarm clock aren’t in the room. One of the jacuzzi worked on and off and mostly off. The water was slightly warm in the pool. Morning breakfast was good. Over all not a bad stay but suitable for what we paid.
