tv remote did not work. The breakfast was no good. the coffee machine was empty (liquid mix type). just got hot water out of it. told the clerk and he came around and tried the decafe and said you will have to use this one. then he left. got a half a cup out of that and then it was empty and just water coming out. could not find the clerk again. very disappointed.

TV remote is working in the room you stayed and regarding the breakfast, we have fixed time . It seems you were late. The staff is there during the time and after that they have other duties. Anyhow, apologies for having the discomfort.

Not clean. My room smelled really bad and i don't think they cleaned or changed the bed sheets. I won't rent this motel again n would advice you to take out of your system.

There were white spots all over the carpet (i will let you use your imagination what it is- comes from men’s body)!! Bathtub was not only dirty all over-you literally could not even take a shower…bathroom was dirty and stuff all over the mirror, sink and floor! Staff was rude and was not even able to communicate with me. The parts he understood and said back- was rude and could care less attitude. Very unsafe- some creep (i am thinking a guest?) followed me all the way to my room as fast as i tried to go.. then passed by and tried waving and hitting on me until i threatened him with a “bf coming soon to kick his as****!! I would never stay here again not would I recommend it!! You will want your money back

The bathroom was so dirty, pillowcases and bedsheets are so messy and wrinkled. The place os overall very dirty and the staff member who welcomes us was so rude and couldn’t find our reservation. He told us system is down and he can’t find our reservations and with bad mannerism he keep telling me to call Expedia even if I am showing him my receipt and reservation number. Am stuff was more friendly and polite, not enough face towels and soups in the room. Also we was disturbed by police officers who show up to arrest someone from the property we didn’t feel safe at all.

Not clean, was told we had to move rooms after in room and already in bed. No breakfast, what was there was dirty, even the supposedly clean stuff. Mold in first room bad, no towels, or washrags. Second room, bit of mold, toilet moved bad when getting off and on it. No remote in room. Jet tub the drain plug in center far side had to reach almost to far. Older people could not do this. Found pizza in fridge very old. Smelled like smoke. Soda machine on second floor very loud could hear in room. Other machines by lobby would not even take money.

They had me change rooms 4 times because things didn’t work unclean ect. Worker priority was their phone not the customers at desk. Sheets didn’t fit. Pool was just closed to be closed

Yeah, no. Do not stay here. I felt completely unsafe on the property as the exterior doors were just wide open by my room (trust me, I tried to close them but they were broken and couldn’t shut fully). I had no towels in my room and when I went to the front desk the staff person couldn’t find any. She said she’d call someone and would have them to me in 15 minutes. I gave her my room number but after waiting an hour I finally took the long hike back to the front desk to ask about them again since there were no phones in the room to call the front desk. This is an incredibly run down property that I don’t think is deserving of the two and a half star rating it currently has. I was so uncomfortable with how unsafe I felt and how loud it was in my room that I ended up leaving around 11pm instead of staying the night. Total waste of money.

Bare minimum but works our room had only one towel and that towel was brown and dirty. Room Lights not working they took 266 bucks off my card on top of what you guys charge. Will book again but only because of jetted tub nothing else

Sorry for the inconvenience. As far towels are concerned, there are enough towels. You should have asked front desk to provide you extra towels. There was some technical glitch due to which extra charge was take. that will be reverted , don't worry about that. Wouls like to see you again

Terrible. Dirty, broken, gross. Windows open unlatched, no security on outer doors, wires hanging, No pool access. Breakfast is ceral, rolls. Worst trip in my 50 years. Left early due to this. Hotel should be condemned.

My partner and I went for a staycation. The place is dated and could use some remodeling. We got a room with a hot tub but the jets did not work and there was no plug to hold the water in. It also was not the cleanest, I had to go to the front desk and ask for cleaning supplies. The TV in the bedroom did not work well. The bed was ok, wasn't the best but wasn't terribly uncomfortable. Overall it was ok, but I wouldn't stay here again.

It's run down, way out of date. The check-in desk had old worn mismatched chairs, old photo frames sitting on the floor. She took forever to find out reservation we did through Expedia??? Really??? That's not a thing everyday there? She then check us into the wrong room, not the King Jacuzzi we reserved, and we then had to walk all the way back to the front? We left right away instead, refundable or not. DO NOT stay here!

Dirty dirty dirty place. Dealing drugs in the front of my room. Stained floor, Stained blood on bed. Pillows are not even pillows. This facility needs to close down. I didn’t even stay for another hour. Its not rentable. It’s DIRTY!!!!

Hotel or jail?
When i arrived, i was told i didn't have a reservation and they couldn't find my name anywhere even after i should the front desk my receipt and itinerary number. After 20 minutes, the front desk said he found my name in a different software. Walking down the hall, i saw rooms with doors held open by having the locks blocking the door from shutting. I could see and hear people watching tv through the door cracks. Didn't think much of it at the time, it was late and my 4 year old just needed to get to bed. Once in the room, it was clear it wasn't cleaned very well. The real shock was when my toddler started opening cabinets under the tv while i was in the shower. She found two shoe boxes with two cell phones on top of them. As i was helping her put things away, it seemed like someone was either planning on coming back, or left in a hurry. There was an id bracelet from an inmate of the Hennepin County Jail, notes of names and money owed, two wallets and other personal belongings. I was going to tell the front desk, but they didn't seem trustworthy either. When i tried to check out, they once again could find my name. They asked what room i was in. Once i told them, they asked, "no, what room were you in before that?" I left my key on the desk and got out of there before anymore weird things could happen.

The hotel is outdated. Hot water was not working and had to be moved to another room. There was no telephones in the room. You had to walk to the desk for assistance. Rooms did not have clothes hangers, only two towels and lighting in bathroom was dim. Not all of the electrical outlets worked. Most of the television stations were hazy and there was no local news stations. There were bugs in the room. Toilet was backed up and no maintenance personnel to unclog it. I got a plunger from the desk clerk and unclogged it myself. The staff was patient and courteous and went out of their way to satisfy the guest but there is inadequate maintenance support. There is no security for the exit doors after hours. The doors are left open. The hotel is in disrepair when it comes to electrical, hot water heater, insect control, custodial service etc. I'm very concerned for the overall safety of the staff and guest.

Stranded at MSP for a night due to a canceled flight so I needed a room and found this place. It served fine as someplace to lay down for a night because I was scrambling to find somewhere to stay, but I'm advising anyone who has the time to read reviews in advance to steer clear of this hotel. The hotel itself is a labyrinth of nonsensical hallways; the second floor hallways aren't actually connected so when you go up the first staircase, you can't actually get to your room if you're in a higher-numbered room. You have to go back downstairs, walk to the other side of the hotel, then go back up. And the person at the front desk was unable to give any clear instructions on how to get to the room. Then there was the room itself. The air conditioning barely works so it is very warm in here. The carpets are old and thoroughly stained. There was no shower curtain. There was a dirty, crumpled paper towel just sitting on the bed when I got to the room. And the hotel does not follow any of its stated "enhanced cleaning procedures," so that's all a lie - high-touch surfaces are definitely not disinfected (the bathroom faucet handle alone hasn't been cleaned in a long time), there is certainly no PPE worn by the staff, masks are not "required" (which admittedly isn't that big a deal anymore but then don't say it's required), etc.
