I called a month in advance of our booking to ask about acceptable forms of payment. The front desk woman I spoke to on the phone told me that my friends and I could split the room if we wanted and that we could pay credit/cash/debit. Upon arriving for our booking on April 26th (at about 9pm) after a 7hr drive, the nice man at the counter said sorry but he couldn't split the room between the 3 of us or accept cash. He got the female overnight manager to come and talk to us, and she hastly said she could just cancel our booking for free, which would've meant we'd have no where to stay. This was stressful as my friends and I had taken out cash to pay for our room and took the time to call and ask about forms of payment in advance of our stay.
Everything else but that, was lovely.
