Staff was friendly. We were disappointed that children were running around the hallways and in the stairwells banging the doors at 1020pm, unfortunately we were given a room right at the stairwell and we had a very early morning with a long drive ahead. Also the fan in our room would only stay on if we wanted to hear the room to uncomfortable temps. We were unable to cool our room or keep our running running at any speed it only worked sporadically and not with the thermostat.

Nice hotel. Pool wasn’t open during our stay but the hotel called us prior to our arrival which we appreciated. If in Minot again, we would stay here again.

Disappointing
Check in took a very long time, a lot of people waiting for what usually only takes a few minutes. Pool was dirty, actually had what looked like sand in bottom of pool with other grossness floating in it. Beds were comfortable but air conditioner made funny noises that could keep you awake during the night. Wish we would have chosen a different hotel, not worth the extra money we paid for thinking this place would have been nicer compared to the other hotel prices around, we were very disappointed and that takes a lot considering we are not picky.

Overall a good stay but the pictures of the pool were misleading. We specially selected this hotel because of the pool, for our little one. The pool did not look clean.

This hotel wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed in but it was definitely not even close to worth the price I paid $258CAD. The place not only needs updating but many repairs. A board in the elevator was loose and looked like it might fall down, the furniture in the room looked second hand as they were in need of repair or stained for example the lamp shade was bent and leaning against the wall, the bench and floor had a lot of staining, the tv was very small with terrible sound and the cable box was hanging from a zip tie behind it. We checked out the pool area but did not swim as it looked very old and worn, and the water in the hot tub was not hot. It wasn't all bad as the room was spacious and it was very clean and its close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I have to say the staff was awesome - super friendly and helpful!

Hotel is very convenient, close to most shopping and dining places. Beds are little smaller for Queen size. Reception area feels like no one works there but they will come once they see you standing in CCTV. Breakfast is very good. Minot water tastes so yuck so Hotel needs to provide alternative or you pack something along. Tea/ Coffee in the hallway is a plus.

Dirty carpet; worn and no padding making for noisy footfall. Trashy furniture, cut open and broken. Housekeeping limited to towels and trash removal. DEMAND OF $125.00 - no receipt as security for the nasty room.

Darryl, we apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory. If I would have been made aware of any housekeeping or cleanliness issues, I would have made sure they were taken care of right away. I know we spoke a few times while helping you secure a Lyft to multiple destinations while you stayed with us, but nothing was mentioned. Due to the reservation being prepaid, we do require a 125 incidental hold. Like I mentioned over the phone, that incidental hold will drop off your account within a few days.

I was very impressed by my stay at this facility, it was a last minute booking due to a snow storm, The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking lots were free from snow very fast in the morning after. The breakfast was 11/10 excellent. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

Our room size was great and we especially appreciated the large bathroom and shower. Things could have been a bit cleaner...they were acceptable but some furrniture was a bit old and stained and it didn't look like a good deep clean had been done in awhile - including the small coffee table in our room, the lounge chairs etc. which just seemed older and could use a good shampooing. Free breakfast was excellent both days and a big drawing card, and staff was friendly and helpful.

When I made reservations we didn't know that they had a water pipe burst a couple of weeks ago, so it wasn't the best of place at this time.
