Uncomfortable to the MAX!!

Pros: Very little to like this time. Upset with service.
Cons: They need to fix the things guests report as needing their attention. Improve their breakfast. Bacon burned to a crisp the first morning.
Location: Close to shopping, but too tired to shop due to poor sleeping at the hotel. Drug my feet all day.
We had a 2 night stay. 1st night the bed caved in the middle. You could see it without removing blankets. No other rooms available so we suffered through. You either rolled on your back or onto your face into a giant hole in the middle, as is an adult had jumped repeatedly in that spot. Next morning, we were given a "new" room. We quickly moved our stuff because we had a full day ahead. We arrived back that evening and discovered the fan of our room heater did not work correctly. It was either on continuously causing a very HOT, NOISY environment or it was completely off, which is not an option December 13th in North Dakota. Did not sleep well in hot, noisy room. Left immediately in the morning. We we arrived home, realized we had left the cell phone charger plugged into the wall in the first room (lack of sleep and rush to get moved were the reasons) and called the motel to inquire if they had it at the desk. 1st call I was rudely told to call back the next day. Next morning the front desk person didn't take my name or room number, just rudely transferred me to laundry. That lady said she would look when the current guest left and call me. Still waiting. Continental breakfast was very poor and on Sunday morning they covered the pancake machine. Thought that was odd. That would be the 1 day you'd have time to eat a pancake. Lots of time for breakfast because stores don't open til noon. No where else to go. But NO Pancakes on Sunday at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS

good location

good selection for continental breakfast. Hotel is in a good location close to a lot of businesses. lots of parking space. rooms were decent. front desk staff friendly and helpful. would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The comfortable beds
Cons: Make the rooms more sound proof (we could hear the conversations coming from the room next door)
Location: lots of restaurants and shopping nearby
First thing we noticed was a dirty bathroom, ie dead bug by the toilet, toilet paper shreds in the corners etc. It is also a very noisy place, we could hear the kids in the room next door running, jumping and yelling and the family or people upstairs were quite noisy also. So we were unable to get a good nights sleep even tho the beds were very comfy.
