Great Stay!
We stayed at Juniper for a Chiefs game. House was in the perfect location, minutes from the plaza and close to Arrowhead. The home was in a quiet/safe neighborhood. We were very happy with how clean the home was and will stay again when we come back! Would say an extra couch in the living room would’ve been nice but we managed. They even left an ornament which was a nice touch to our stay!

KC Chiefs game
We came to town for a Chiefs game and this was a great location! Close to food and Arrowhead! Three of us were working during the days and had great wifi for all of us!

Nice place
Overall the kitchen was the best part of the place. The bedrooms didn't have TVs or anything more than a bed and a small nightstand, so no place to really hang out other than the living room. The nightstand in the "master bedroom" completely fell apart on the second night and was barely being held together with staple nails to begin with, so there was no temp repair, and we did without a nightstand which was a pain in the neck when you have an elderly parent who needs water and nightlight for comfort. The living room had a strange couch that was uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time (slip around on the faux leather, and the cushions slipped with you). The only other chair was a recliner that really didn't sit any other way other than reclining. So the two elderly in our party were uncomfortable anywhere but sitting at the kitchen table. The drapes in the living room had no shade. So you either had to keep them closed (no natural lighting) or open them and expose the house to full view from the streets. I worked from the house on Monday, and it was the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The location isn't really within walking distance of anything so when the others took the car for the day, I was stuck. No big deal, but it wasn't what we expected. Just okay for the price. The extra forms and checking in with the property manager were an unwelcome surprise. And the extra fees means I'll be a lot more careful about VRBO rentals going forward.

Quiet little house
This property is in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to get to all the things we needed. The porch swing is a wonderful place to sit in the morning watching the squirrels and rabbits. The beds are a bit low for those with knee problems, but comfortable. We enjoyed the layout of the house with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. I wish there were more seating options in the common area. One couch doesn’t work for 6 people.

The house was exactly as the pictures described. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 and was fairly close to all the events we had planned for the weekend in KC without having to be in down town KC.

Cute house
We had three couples stay here for the weekend. We had a fabulous time and had everything that we needed! It was so cutely decorated and very cozy. The arrival instructions were perfect and the cleanup quite reasonable. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet and quaint
The Juniper house was in a nice area and very quiet. Well kept yard and very clean inside. While it has been renovated, there are a couple of things missing. The living room could use more seating so three people don’t have to squeeze on the couch and some insulation in the crawl space. Even with the heat turned up, the floors were freezing! The rental manager was very prompt in answering e-mail questions. Served our purposes!

Juniper drive
We stayed here for two nights while in town for the Chiefs-Bengals playoff game. Although the game didn’t end the way we’d hoped, our stay was lovely. House was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was safe. Everything was just perfect! Easy access to highways -quick 15 minute drive to Arrowhead Stadium. 10 min drive to lots of restaurants and shopping at The Plaza. Would def recommend this cute home to anyone.

A very thoughtful dog friendly property which was very comfortable for us.
My daughter brought her dog and very much enjoyed having bowls, treats, and the outside poop bags. We both loved the décor and kitchen. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. We would definitely return.
