very convenient to the airport. this is for marriott in general: there was no way to call the property and ask a few general questions. this is a simple thing. i had questions about the availability of room svc/dining as well as the hours of the pool. could not get a number to call the desk.

We encourage you to always go the the brand website directly for whatever property you are choosing and then put in the location. The property was great and the staff was amazing. My only recommendation is to maybe have a limit on people in the pool at the water park. It was really busy and there was a lot of kids in such a little pool. Very hard to make sure your owe kids were safe. Then there was kids at the top of the water slide who were pushing kids down the slide before it was time to go.

Quite disappointed in their lack of cleanliness. We stayed 5 nights and never had housekeeping come once. We had to take out our own garbage and when we asked, they just handed us bags. There Was also a clump of hair and a bandaid near the pool’s edge that was there Monday when we arrived and was still there when we left on Saturday morning. Clearly they don’t clean the floors just like they don’t clean the rooms. Very disappointing for a Merriot property.

I am so sorry for the lack of cleanliness you experienced. Clearly we missed some attention to detail and I apologize for that. I do want to make sure that future guests that book a reservation under the long term rate code take note of the details in the reservation agreement. Most long term rate codes have a special housekeeping policy. Regardless, I regret that you had this experience and we will use this feedback to be better!

The staff was noce and helpful. My family enjoyed the pool and waterslides. 1 elevator was broken the other 1 was slow. In our room we came across a hair tie on the floor and a kids toy under the chair from a previous guest. The shower would be warm for about 3 minutes then go ice cold for a couple minutes then heat up again. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.for the price... not worth it

Room was great but common areas were a bit dirty. Some super friendly staff and other staff that were incredibly rude. Water park was great but the hot tub water needed major attention. Hotel has good bones but I think they need more staff to keep up and some training on customer service and kindness.

While we would love to be able to offer non-stop fun in the waterpark, there are a variety reasons ranging from mechanical to administrative that have helped us establish our open hours over the last 20 years. Made reservations made sure slides would be open and pool told yes when we got there it was closed to maintenance. The nly resin I paid hat high amount to stay there..

We booked the hotel because of the waterslide, pool and hot tub. My husband was leaving for work for 90 days and it was a nice place to relax and play with our daughter one last night before his trip. The only downfall was that the jets did not work on the hot tub.

Great place to go for a stay. Kids had fun and breakfast was delicious. The pool is fun but wish it was deeper , hard to go down slides and hit the bottom of the pool .

Very nice staff and hotel
Very clean, very nice and very comfortable hotel. The staff are very and service was excellent. Shuttle service was super fast and courteous. I wasn't expecting this hotel to be have so many kids but that is because of the waterslides and pool area. So be aware that kids make noise and are busy if on a business trip. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had great options with an attendant on sight. The pool area was lots of fun for the grand kids and there was an attendant on sight to enforce the rules.

Sounded like a good idea but fell short
We wanted to visit and use the waterslide. We had our dog with us, so the hotel charges $50. I'm not sure why, because the rooms are not carpeted, so cleanup is easy. Also, they do not provide an outdoor poop bag station, which is a disappointment. What are they doing with my $50? The waterslide was fun. The motel has safety rules listed, such as one person at a time and don't go headfirst. They also have a person monitoring at the base of the slide. However, the person didn't uphold the stated rules. We observed 2-4 kids going down the slide either together or in quick succession and in any position on the slide. As an adult, I didn't feel like my safety was in jeopardy, but I wonder why they have listed rules that their staff doesn't impose. We observed a pile of macaroni on the steps to the top of the waterslide - did someone throw up and not clean up their mess. That was gross. The big disappointment was that the breakfast is over at 9:00 AM. We slept in (because the hotel was quiet) and got rolling at 9:00 and found that we couldn't have free breakfast. Oh well....

I am sorry to hear that you felt our pet fee and breakfast hours were not appropriate. We do work hard to establish policies that we believe are fair to the market and serve the majority of our guests in the best possible way. While we cannot please everyone all of the time, we strive to make sure the large majority of our guests have an enjoyable experience. Please note that our weekend breakfast hours are extended until 10am. I will also remind our entire team to make sure our guests with dogs are receiving their doggy treats and disposal bags upon check in.However, there is absolutely no excuse for in consistent enforcement of the waterpark rules. This is something that I will immediately address with our staff as a whole, and the team members working during your stay specifically. Guest safety is paramount, and consistent enforcement is the best way to achieve this. We appreciate your feedback and will use your comments to provide future guests with better experiences!
