Is far from aeroport , Uber charges a lot, is really not convenient. Shuttle service only 2 hours. They don’t have enough towels.they attracted with the price , but not worth at all . Pay all the difference on transportation. Is very limited aerea. Never go back
Room was clean and the staff was friendly and available. Breakfast was a bit light and TV in rooms on the ground floor have a weak signal with fewer channels working. Good stop for one night after or before a flight.
Nice hotel that has the potential to be a great hotel. Spacious rooms, nice decor, lots of free parking and overall a great place to stay. Minor improvement would include better housekeeping and little extras like soap and real cups in the bathroom. Cheaping out drags down the potential of the rooms. Nonetheless worth a stay and good overall.
Good location, accessible by public transit during the day/early evening. Shuttle available with restricted hours. Quieter than expected. No restaurants near by but you can buy a prepared pizza
This was the most horrendous experience I've ever had with a hotel. When we arrived the gentleman working the lobby desk immediately yelled at us to wait. He was very rude. He finally started to help us check in but interrupted to start yelling and screaming at another guest trying to check in. I don't know what was said because it was in French but it was very heated and it didnt feel safe. He finally said You have 5 people nooking was for 4 people. This was my mistake as I usually book for 4 people since our oldest is usually at college. I would have just booked another room but he just started yelling thatcwe can't stay there. I think I was only allowed to say a couple of words through this whole experience. We just needed to sleep a few hrs before our flight. It was supposed to be a quick stay for a long layover. It turned into the modt nightmarish situation as we were then stranded out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service trying to get an uber to pick us up.
This hotel is called ACE Roissy… it’s 20 km from Roissy. Liars. Shame.
Because Hotels.com made a mistake, after having paid 60€ of taxi at 1.30 am, I couldn’t have a room. I was so upset that the guy at the reception felt my behavior outrageous and… literally called the Police! At 2 am!!!
And Hotels.com didn’t even understood why I asked to be refund.

HelloI am not agree wtih your issue because you have reserved another date included no flex and you ' ve charged us to change date it's writing on pratice sell is no modifiable no cancelled and you have very bad wrotes againt reception desk
I just slept there for a few hours and went back to the airport.

I arrived to the property at 3:35pm
And they tell I couldn't check in before 4:00pm
The property send mail to tell the cost for breakfast is 7.50 € but in the check in they the cost 7.80€
The shuttle bus should be fom 6:9 am and from 6:9pm and is charged
But when ask the reception they told is from 6:8
Every 30min then the said last bus is 7:30am.
First - our reservation was not honoured , there were no available rooms when we arrived😡
Second- the front desk guy acted like this not his problem and offered no assistance whatsoever.
Third- we spend few hours in the lounge area- there were flying bugs and I killed a cockroach.
Fourth- not very convenient from the airport , taxi drivers didn’t want to drive to it. It cost us 25euro one way from CDG.
I booked through Expedia and also very disappointed with them and will be filing an official complaint with them.

Overall good hotel nice and clean only reason for less stars is lack of facilities like no kettle or tea provided also they didn’t give us the iron on the first day which we needed as we wanted to change and go out.
When we came back late at night some trouble getting into the parking due to bad communication from reception.

Housekeeping entered our rooms without our permission for cleaning whilst we were out !!!!

They are advertising everything wrong.
Distance from Airport to hotel is not 3.78km it's more then 12 kms.
Their shuttle service hours are completely wrong and it's chargeable services.
Our stay for a night was waste of money and it was so much stressful.

The hotel is actually a lot farther from the airport terminals than it claimed because it is on the other (cargo) side of the airport and has limited public transport options to get there. It resides in a rural area among some warehouses. We booked the hotel on a rush and didn’t know the hotel offers airport shuttle bus service for €6/person. The shuttle bus takes 15-20 min to travel between the airport terminal and the hotel. Other than the location, the hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly. There are limited restaurants nearby. But, a place called Le Horrible offers really good sandwiches.
