快適です！
部屋は広く、収納も充実していて、快適に過ごせました。自炊もできてよかったです。 海の眺め、花火などもすばらしかったです。スタッフも丁寧、親切な接客をしていただきました。ビーチ用タオルの貸し出しも助かります。 とても素敵な滞在先で、今回で4回目。とても満足しています。

Phenomenal location with gorgeous views!
The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. They took great precautions to sanitize and disinfect, which made us feel safer but not hindered in any way. There’s a free shuttle that takes you to all other hotels in the resort, where you can use the pool, go to the beach, or eat at the many delicious restaurants. The lunch buffet at the marina, the barbecue in the village, and the local place just behind the village were all excellent, but the highlight for me was definitely the omakase at the sushi restaurant across from the marina hotel. Incredible value for the money!!! The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is a guided snorkeling tour, as you can just rest the equipment and follow the map yourself. That’s when I saw my first sea turtles!!! Would absolutely visit again!

10 cent elevator million dollar view
The room was very nice. Tge kitchen was slightly under equipped. Surprised not to have chopsticks. And no chair to actually sit and eat. The view was second to none. The elevators and hallways were really lacking. Only one elevator even worked and it was filthy. Nonetheless tge place was well priced and i would stay here again.

Pleasant stay
It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. Rooms was spacious, the only thing that I could complain was we have to do the futon and the beddings all by ourselves every night, which was kind of inconvenient. But everything else was fine. The location is a bit remote but since we rented our car, so it wasn’t a big problem for us.

The view was amazing and the room was very spacious for the three of us. The best part was that we had a proper kitchen to cook food for our kid. While there are not many places to eat around, if you rent a car then it is not a problem at all in Miyakojima.

What a wonderful view through the wall-to-wall windows facing the beautiful turquoise ocean!!! Room was very clean and had just about everything you need for a short stay in Miyako Island. Mini-kitchen and bathroom were Japanese standard, which is awesome! Staff was so caring. We highly recommend BRISA to anyone who don't mind staying a little far away from town. We loved it. We will definitely stay there on the next trip.

This hotel is part of a big resort - Shigira resort. It is away from the main restaurant and beaches. To access those you need to take a shuttle bus if you don't have a car. The shuttle bus needs to be booked when you take it before 17:51 PM. View is great, as promised. Staff doesn't speak English. Also, the pool is not part of the hotel, it is actually the Miyakojima public pool and opens at 10AM. We didn't know until the last day, staff didn't told us.

Self contained apartment close to the beach
The apartment was a great size with adequate kitchen, washing facilities and ocean views from a private balcony. The room was serviced daily and clean. The staff at both the Wellness Centre and Brisa next door are very friendly and helpful, English is not widely spoken however WIFI is available for smart phone translation aps. If you are wanting to cook or prepare your own meals, shop before you arrive or hire a car as the resort is approximately 25-30 minutes away from supermarkets and markets. There are no other shops other than hotel gift stores and hotel restaurants within walking distance. A free shuttle service does service the resorts nearby and airports, not downtown. I would definitely refer to friends and / or stay here again however would hire a car so that other attractions and services are easily accessible.

Hotel with large rooms and nice ocean view
Self contained apartment with a nice ocean view. Large room - a balcony, living area, kitchenette, large bath weak wifi signal. most of the hotel staff speaks/understand little english. however the resort do have at least one english speaking staff on duty during our stay. Do rent a car if you want to move around beyond the resort area during your stay.

Clean & affordable, but rundown
Pros: clean, large rooms, beautiful view from the balconies, kitchenette allowed for saving $ by preparing our own meals, friendly staff - Cons: rundown from neglect, located adjacent to the Ueno German Village which would have been nice if it, too, hadn't suffered from neglect. Location limited you to dining at nearby expensive hotel restaurants if you wished to eat out but didn't have a car. Be aware: they're SERIOUS about room service at an additional cost. They never stepped foot inside our room, not even to remove the trash. My recommendation: Stay here if you're on a budget, but can afford to rent a car. This way you can travel to purchase groceries (a 20 min. drive away) + enjoy all that this island has to offer.
